Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

** This Contest is open for participation to all Medlife International Private Limited (Medlife) customers who are citizens of India and residing in cities where Medlife operates as per Terms & Conditions mentioned on medlife.com.

** Participants in the Contest (“Participants”) should have completed 18 years of age in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The participation is voluntary, and Participant agrees that mere participation in the Contest does not entitle Participants to the Prize.
** All Participant must have submitted their Wish using their social media account i.e. Twitter or Facebook.

** Only those Participants who receive the SMS or email and submit the requisite information through their social media account i.e. Facebook or Twitter shall be eligible for participation in the contest.

Contest Period

** Contest open from 15th December 2017 and will be closed on 25th December 2017.

Selection Criteria

** The Winners shall be chosen at the sole discretion of Medlife based on the review of the Wishes submitted by all the Participants.
** The decision of Medlife is final and binding on all the Participants.
** Medlife will select three (3) Winners whose Wishes get selected.
** The Winners will be declared on 15th January 2018 by publishing their names on Medlife social media account.
** Participants shall follow Medlife social media page at facebook.com/MedlifeCare/ for details of the Winners.
** Medlife will not send any notifications or reminders to claim the Prize or utilize the same.

Prize

** Three (3) lucky winners of the Content shall be entitled to get free supply of medicines up to INR 30,000/-.
** The Winners shall utilize the prize within a period of one (1) year from date of announcement i.e., on or before 15th January, 20198.
** No Cash or other reimbursements will be given to the winners.

** Medicines shall be orders by registering at the Medlife App or other modes acceptable to Medlife, by providing valid prescription in accordance with applicable laws.

** Each order placed by the Winners shall be greater than or equal to Rs. 1000/-.
** Any order placed by the Winner which have value less than Rs. 1000/- will attract delivery charges of Rs. 50/- per delivery.
** Any replacement, refund or cancellation shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as stipulated at medlife.com.
** Any unused Prize shall expiry and Participant will not have any right to extend the date or use the same beyond 15th January, 2019.
** The Prize is non-transferable, non-saleable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or any other compensation.
** Participant shall bear the applicable taxes (Expect GST on the medicines) with respect to the Prize, if any.

Participation in the Contest is subject to :
(i) the Participant receiving the SMS or Email
(ii) Participant must have received the SMS during the term of the Contest and submitted the Wish
(iii) Participant shall login to their social media account to submit the Wish.
