Facebook Rules

1. All the participants should ‘Like’ & ‘Share’ the QOIE official Facebook page (@MyQOIE).
2. Participants need to ‘Like’ and ‘Share’ the contest post.
3. Entries without #SelfieWithSanta #QOIEhai hashtag and without following above point number 1, and 2 will be disqualified.

Instagram Rules

1. All the participants should ‘Like’ the contest picture & ‘Follow’ the QOIE official Instagram account (@MyQOIE).
2. Any entry without the hashtag #SelfieWithSanta #QOIEhai will be disqualified.

Terms & Conditions

This contest is only for India region. All contestants should be 18 years of age or above to participate.

1. Participation in this Contest is not contingent upon the purchase of any QOIE products.
2. By participating in this contest, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all Terms & Conditions as well as the decisions of QOIE, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
3. The winners of the prizes shall be selected by lucky draw at the end of the Contest Period.
4. The prizes shall take up to 30 days to be sent to the winners. The prize is not transferable, no substitutions or exchanges of the Prize will be permitted.
5. The decision of QOIE regarding the winners of the contest shall be final and binding on all participants.
6. QOIE retains the sole authority and discretion of determining the quantity of the prizes being given during the duration of the contest period.
7. The winners of the contest shall be required to complete the formalities relating to the delivery of the prize within 30 days from the date of communication of the result. If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winners within the said stipulated period, the winner’s entitlement to the prize shall stand automatically forfeited.
8. QOIE reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the contest at any time during the contest period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
9. QOIE retains the right to contact the participants any time after the end of the contest period.
10. QOIE on Facebook/Instagram shall not be responsible if for some reason the participant is unable to connect to the said web page or post their entries for any reason whatsoever.
11. The personal information shared for the contest will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the participant.
12. All disputes with respect to this contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in Kolkata only.
13. This Contest is in no way sponsored, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram.
14. One participant can participate multiple times in the same contest.
