Amazon App Spin Wheel Contest

This Amazon App Spin-Wheel Contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”).

Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How To Enter

1. This Contest will commence from December 20th,2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on January 31st, 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must: (a) download the mobile/tablet application of Amazon.in (“Amazon.in App”); and (b) thereafter, sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon.in App.

3. At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above in accordance with these T&Cs, three (3) participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email.

4. Subject to these T&C, the selected participants who answer the Contest question correctly within the stipulated time period will be eligible to receive one (1) of the prizes from the following: an Apple Smart Watch, Bose Wireless Headphone or Google Pixel 2 (hereinafter each referred to as a “Prize”).

5. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

Mailing List:
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes

There are a total of three (3) Prizes that will be provided under this Contest. The Prize(s) will be delivered to each of the three (3) winners on or before February 28th, 2018 by Amazon.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

Prize Drawing

The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.

A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.

However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion.

Winner Announcement

After we confirm the winner, we will post the winners’ names on this page as per the contest schedule.

Miscellaneous:
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Contest and all accompanying materials are © 2018 by ASSPL, or its affiliates. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained.

You agree that all our decisions related to the Contest are final and binding on you. Failure by Amazon to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

The decision of Amazon shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
