Prize

10 lucky winners shall be entitled to receive 1 gold coin of 1 Gram each. No Cash or other reimbursements will be given to the winners.

Terms & Conditions

** This Contest is open for participation to all Medlife customers that are citizens of India residing in cities where Medlife operates as per Terms & Conditions mentioned on www.medlife.com
** Participants in the Contest (“Participants”) should have completed 18 years of age in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The participation is voluntary and purchase is necessary for participating in the Contest and Participant agrees that mere participation in the Contest does not entitle Participants to the Prize.
** Participation in the Contest is subject to successful delivery of the orders with coupon code CN20 that are received by Medlife during the term of the Contest and successfully delivered before 16th January 2017.
** The Winners shall be chosen by Medlife on a random basis through a lucky draw and declared on 20th January 2018. The decision of Medlife is final and binding on all the Participants.
** The Prize is non-transferable, non-saleable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or any other compensation. Participant shall bear the applicable taxes with respect to the Prize, if any.
** Acceptance of the Prize by the Winners constitutes unqualified permission for Medlife to unrestricted use to the Winner’s name, photograph, audio-visual video, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without paying any consideration whatsoever to the Winners.
** To the extent permitted by law, Medlife and/or its management makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any Prize.
** Medlife shall not be responsible for any defect in the Prize.
** The Winners shall be intimated over the phone. Medlife shall call the Winners only once on the registered number and the Prize shall be couriered to the Winner on the registered address with Medlife.
** Medlife shall not be responsible to replace any Prize that is lost in transit/damaged/tampered with.
** The Contest is not open for participation to the employees of Medlife and their close relatives.
** All disputes with relation to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the registered office of Medlife.

Medlife reserves the right to discontinue the Contest at any time and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this Contest at any time without prior notice/intimation or giving any reason and it is the sole responsibility of the Participants to keep themselves up to date about any such change.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, these all terms are in addition to and not in derogation to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at Medlife.com from time to time or any other terms thereof.
