Our calls for entry are open to all photographers in India, both amateur and professional.

The Competition is open only to those who are 16 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Competition is open to legal residents from India.

Image Upload Guidelines

All images are securely submitted online on our website. To submit images visit our home page, create a free account or Login to your existing account to begin.

Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Participant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Klickideas as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Competition.

Competition Period

Entries must be submitted no later than the Last Date 31-12-2017

Prizes

The Winner of the Competition (the “Winner”) will receive INR 2000 and the Runners get gift. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Klickideas. Any local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Klickideas to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Judgement:
Winner and runner will be judged.

Privacy Policy & Rights:
** There is no risk to enter!
** Photographers retain all copyright on their images and the competition entries are judged anonymously.
** Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Klickideas Real Image PVT LTD website.

Acceptance Notice:
Everyone who submits will receive an email notification of which images were accepted. Accepted images will be posted in the our website

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Participant

** Contestant’s cancellations received within 7 days of payment may be eligible to receive a full refund. Please request us to cancel through email or mobile
** Cancellations received after the stated Last Date will not be eligible for a refund.
** Cancellations will be not be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation Last Date.
** All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the Klickideas.
** All refund requests must be made by the attendee or debit/credit card holder.
** Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
** Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Contest Cancellation

** The Klickideas reserves the right to cancel a contest due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
** If Klickideas cancels an contest, registrants will be offered a full refund.
** Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of contest, contestants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer payment to the same contest at the new, future date.
