Terms and Conditions :
1. This promotion is brought to you by Automotive Exchange Private Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘CarWale’). Any participation in this regard is voluntary.

2. This promotion is open only to bonafide citizens of India in their individual capacity who are above the age of 18 years as on 01 October 2015. Employees of CarWale and their immediate family members (spouses, children and parents) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

3. The promotion period is from 08 October 2015 till 15 November 2015, both days inclusive (‘promotion period’).
4. In order to participate and have a chance to win, a person needs to enter the slogan contest through the web form available here

5. All persons who have purchased a vehicle with CarWale Guarantee on or after 01 July 2015 and provided that their CarWale Guarantee has been activated on or after the date of purchase of their car and on or before the day of entering the contest through the web form are eligible to participate in this offer.

6. CarWale will, at its own sole discretion, select and announce one winner on each day of the promotion period.

7. Winners will be contacted personally on the mobile number they provide while entering the contest. If a winner remains uncontactable for a period of seven (7) days, CarWale reserves the right to withdraw the gift and announce another winner in their place.

8. Each winner will be gifted with “Free fuel for the rest of 2015”, which is explained as below:
1. The fuel requirement has been computed for 3 months.
2. A pre-paid card for usage at a specific brand of petrol pumps will be provided with a fixed cash value of Rupees Thirteen Thousand Only (Rs. 13,000).
3. The brand of pre-paid card provided is at the sole discretion of CarWale on a non-contestable basis.

4. Three (3) months of fuel is calculated on the basis of the following assumptions:
1. Usage of eight hundred (800) kilometres per month
2. Fuel efficiency of twelve (12) kilometres per litre
3. Prevailing price of petrol in New Delhi of Rupees Sixty Four and Forty Seven paise only (Rs. 64.47) as on 02 August 2015

5. The value of the gift has been calculated based on the price of petrol for the sake of convenience, and the same fixed cash value will be provided to the winner even if they purchase a car of another fuel type.
6. Fuel prices are subject to market forces and may vary without notice thereby impacting the amount of fuel that could be purchased with the fixed cash value mentioned above.

9. CarWale reserves the right to independently verify the authenticity of the information entered by the participant, especially with respect to the CarWale Guarantee details provided. CarWale may, at its own sole discretion, request the participant to furnish the purchase invoice of the car, registration papers and / or CarWale Guarantee documents and / or other documents in order to verify an entry. The inability to furnish such documents may result in the disqualification of the participant.

10. All gifts will be dispatched to the winners within thirty (30) days of the end of the promotion period.

11. Each participant is allowed to submit as many entries as they like during the promotion period, however each participant will be entitled to only one gift under the terms of this promotion, irrespective of the number of entries and / or the number of CarWale Guarantee cars purchased.

12. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount from CarWale.
13. All decisions with respect to this promotion, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of CarWale and the same will be final and binding on a non-contestable basis.
14. Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the gifts.
15. CarWale shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in this promotion.
16. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against CarWale.
17. CarWale reserves the right to withdraw and / or alter any / all of the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
18. By participating in this promotion, the participants accept the terms and conditions as specified above in toto.
