Kanpur Talent Search Examination (KTSE) :

Enhancing Competitive Powers
(Now, KTSE is conducted from class 6th to 10th)

Need of KTSE :
In this era of competitions, it has become very important that our youngsters must be exposed to the world of competitions right from an early age of about 10 years. This will inculcate competitive spirit in them and make them aspire for excellence.

Birth of KTSE :
** High aims form high characters and great objects bring out great minds.

** Whenever, Mr. P. V. Rathi, Founder Chairman of TOOLS, came across the news, that Mr. X & Miss Y had been chosen as Mr. Kanpur and Miss. Kanpur, there was always a question in his mind that apart from this, there should be a competition among our bright children who could show their mental beauty and the toppers should be awarded the title of

** Mr./Miss Genius, Kanpur. Keeping this in mind, finally KTSE was started by TOOLS in 2001 to select Mr./Miss Genius and many more talented students from our city.

Aim of KTSE :
The aim of KTSE is to inculcate competitive spirit among the students right from an early age of about 10 years and to acclimatize the students to the real competition like experience which gives them the required competitive edge.

Significance of KTSE :
** KTSE removes competition phobia and enhances confidence level. It is observed that some very good students are unable to represent themselves properly in competitive exams and fail by some marks to get suitable rank. KTSE makes them habitual of taking competitions confidently.

** KTSE acts as a stimulant for the students to increase their hunger for knowledge and learning. Therefore, according to our view, some of the ambitious & energetic students who do not turn up well in exams must also be given chance to undertake KTSE so that they may realize the importance of knowledge and remove their actual short comings.

** The responses of students at KTSE serve them as a milestone in their academic career. It continuously keeps them on boots to decide their future aim and strive for it. KTSE gives them preview of future academic based competitions and provides them with real rehearsal for the upcoming competitions.

Eligibility :

** He/she should be a regular student of any school (any board) of Kanpur city.
** He/she should be a student of class 6 to 10 during the current session.

** The application form can also be downloaded from the website. Duly filled downloaded application form has to be submitted at TOOL Society office along with the fee for the examination.
** Self attested photocopy of last year mark sheet must be enclosed with your completely filled application form as a proof of eligibility for respective class.
** The candidate is required to go through the rules and regulations carefully and acquaint himself/herself with all requirements with regard to filling in of the application form.

** It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that correct address in the application form is filled. The organization will not be responsible for any loss in transit or his incorrect address given by the applicant in the application form.

** Duly filled in application form should reach TOOLS office on or before the prescribed date and time.
