Wynk Music Taylor 4 U Contest

Wynk Music’s #Taylor4U contest (“Contest”) is an opportunity for Participants to stand a chance to win Taylor Swift’s autographed guitar along with other authentic Taylor Swift’s merchandise, subject to the terms and conditions set out below, which constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) between Wynk Limited (“Wynk”) and each Participant. By participating in the Contest, you accept these terms and conditions as binding upon you.

Eligibility Criteria

** Be above 18 years in age, of sound mind and competent to contract
** Successfully complete purchase of any Wynk Subscription pack worth Rs.49/Rs.60/Rs.99/Rs.120/Rs.285/Rs.300/Rs.400/Rs.500/Rs.600/Rs.990/Rs.999 via Wynk Music app.
** Fill the Google Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe-MDdK6lEnBNCMX3dg-GbXFKzun77QMPGalVmDivb41vMy_A/closedform by submitting details and answering a Trivia Question correctly.
** The Google Form will be shared as a link in the Confirmation SMS to the mobile number registered in Wynk Music app of all the participants who successfully complete Point 3 (b)
** Listened to at least 1 song (streamed a song for at least 30 seconds) from the album “Reputation” by “Taylor Swift” from his/her Wynk registered account
** Out of all the participants, 11 winners will be selected through a Lucky Draw. One lucky winner will get Taylor Swift’s autographed guitar.
** Another 10 lucky winners will get Taylor Swift’s authentic merchandise (tote bag along with a notebook).

The following individuals are not eligible to register for or participate in the Contest:
** An employee (whether on full-time payroll, on contract-basis, sub-contractor or agent) of Wynk Limited (“Wynk Employee”) or any other Bharti group company.
** Any person who is a family member of a Wynk Employee.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms will have the meaning ascribed to them below:
** “Application” means the Wynk Music mobile application.
** “MSISDN” means the Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network (i.e. Mobile Number) that a Participant uses to register on the Application.
** “Participant” means any individual registered user of Wynk Music presently resident in India, who has participated in the Contest by following the instructions in this Agreement (@WynkMusic).
** The Contest is valid only for the Contest Period.
** Wynk will have the right to access and track the MSISDN of all Participants for the purposes of selecting the winners of the Contest and the Participant consents to the same.
** All Participants allow Wynk to call them on their MSISDN.
** Participants may be required to provide the following information for participation in the Contest: full name, current MSISDN, e-mail id and postal address.
** Wynk will also share a Google form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe-MDdK6lEnBNCMX3dg-GbXFKzun77QMPGalVmDivb41vMy_A/closedform via subscription confirmation SMS and participants can share their full name, mobile number and email address.
** Wynk may use such information of a Participant in accordance with Wynk’s privacy policy available at www.wynk.in and each Participant expressly consents to such use of the information.
** The 11 winners will be selected by a random Lucky Draw from all the entries that satisfy the Eligibility Criteria during the contest period.
** The draw will take place on 5th January 2018. A Winner, once selected, will not be entitled for further participation in the Contest.
** The guitar and merchandise will be delivered to the address provided by the Winner in the Google form shared by Wynk.
** Wynk will notify each Winner about his or her selection on the Winner’s MSISDN. Wynk will also post the name of each Winner on Wynk’s Facebook page and on Twitter.
** The Winners allow Wynk to make such notification and address confirmation calls at their MSISDN, and to post their name on Facebook and Twitter as the Winner(s).
** Winners will be contacted by Wynk team to provide the following information within 12 hours of Wynk sending them a winning confirmation: (a) Full name, (b) MSISDN (mobile number), and (c) Postal address.
** Wynk will be entitled to postpone, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time before or during the Contest with or without notice, for any reason.
** Wynk will not be liable to compensate any Participant for any damage in the merchandise sent by the artist.
** For already paid subscribed users on Wynk Music, the purchase of a new subscription pack will override the validity of the current subscription pack.
** Each Participant will comply with all applicable laws in connection with the registration for, and participation in, the Contest, and winnings there from.
** Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.
** The Participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
** Wynk’s maximum liability under this Agreement, and whether such liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence), under an indemnity, under statute or any other legal theory, is limited to Rupees Five Thousand only.
** The statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Wynk regarding the Application, Wynk’s services or the production house.
