Amazon Super Value Day Cashback Offer

1. Amazon.in Super Value Day cashback offer (“Offer”), is valid for a period of 3 days only, commencing from 1st January, 2018 12:00 AM to 3rd January, 2018 11:59 PM (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

2. Under this Offer, any person who purchases any product/products listed by a seller in the Super Value Day Store on Amazon.in or from Amazon Pantry Store on Amazon.in during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance as per below slabs:

a. Spend INR 1500 to INR 3999 : Get 5% cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance
b. Spend INR 4000 or above : Get 10% cashback (upto INR 600) in the form of Amazon Pay balance

3. This offer is not eligible on Cash on Delivery orders or Card on Delivery orders and is available only for prepaid methods

4. In case of multiple orders of eligible products from the Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry Store, ,b.cashback will be provided basis the eligibility criteria for each of the order placed by the customer. Under no circumstances shall the total value of cashback issued to the customer exceed INR 600.

For example, if a customer places 3 different orders of value INR 2000, INR 4000 and INR 1000 respectively, the customer will be eligible for cashback of INR 100, INR 400 and no cashback respectively for the above 3 orders.

5. This Offer is valid ONLY on purchase of products listed in the Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry store. All products listed in the Amazon Pantry Store (including Patanjali products) qualify for the offer. Patanjali products are not part of Super Value Day Store and hence do not qualify for the offer

6. Subject to the terms and conditions of each offer, Amazon Pay balance will get added directly to the eligible customer’s account within 72 hours after the shipment of the product. Amazon Pay balance can be viewed at https://www.amazon.in/

7. If your order is dispatched to you in multiple shipments, the cashback (including additional ICICI or Amazon Pay offer, if you are eligible) would be credited proportionately within 72 hours after the shipment of the product.

For example, if you buy two items, A of INR 900 and B of INR 600 in a single transaction through ICICI credit card and you are eligible for cashback of INR 225 and the items get shipped separately, you will receive cashback of INR 135 within 72 hours after the shipment of item A and cashback of INR 90 within 72 hours after the shipment of item B

8. If the cashback in Amazon Pay balance has been credited to your account, it will not be cancelled if you return the product. When you return the product, the remaining value net of the cashback amount will be refunded to you based on the payment method. Please note that if the product is refused at delivery, for a prepaid order, this would be considered similar to a return.

For example, if you buy items worth INR 6000 and receive a cashback of INR 1200 in the form of Amazon Pay balance and you cancel the order post shipment, you will be entitled to receive only INR 4800 as your refund amount.

The Amazon Pay balance credited to your account will not be cancelled. INR 4800 will be credited to the original payment instrument used during the order.

9. If the product has not been shipped and the order is cancelled prior to the issuance of the credit, the cashback will not be issued and the full value of the product will be refunded to you.

If the product is shipped and the order is cancelled post shipment, the cashback in Amazon Pay balance credited to the customer’s account will not be cancelled and the refund amount to the customer will be net of the cashback value.

10. Delivery fees or Pantry box fees will not be considered while calculating eligibility for cashback.
11. Each subscription under Subscribe & Save is considered as an individual order and will be eligible for cashback if the value of such order is above INR 1500

12. Cashback provided in the form of Amazon Pay balance are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited which can be availed on eligible products on Amazon.in subject to the terms and conditions available at https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201522810.

13. Cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and the participating brands.
14. Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
15. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.

Terms & Conditions

1. “Amazon Pay Balance” is a sum of all the balances associated with Amazon.in Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) in your Amazon.in account and all balances added as Money as Amazon pay balance (“Money Balance”).

Gift Cards are issued Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”) and are subject to the Amazon.in Gift Card Terms and Conditions available at Gift Card Terms. Money Balance is issued by APIPL and is subject to the terms and conditions available at Money Balance T&C

2. Please read these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) before availing the Offer. You agree that, by participating in this Offer, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

3. These Offer Terms are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale which you agree by using Amazon.in; the Gift Card Terms and the Money Balance T&Cs. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.

To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only. To the extent the Money Balance T&Cs are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only.

4. This Offer will commence on 1st January, 2018 at 00:00 hrs and end on 3rd January, 2018 23:59 hrs. (“Offer Period”), unless extended/ terminated by APIPL, in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

5. In the event of any cancellation (either by you or the seller) or refund or return of your order you will not be eligible for the Offer.

6. The queries regarding the Offer need to be directed to APIPL and will be entertained only till expiry of the Offer Period. Any complaints regarding the cashback need to be directed to APIPL and will be entertained only till 28th February, 2018.

7. APIPL reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.

8. You or any Amazon.in customer is not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary.

Neither APIPL nor ASSPL make any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services, in relation to any products purchased by you from Amazon.in). You hereby release APIPL and ASSPL from liability of any kind relating to the aforesaid.

9. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer. No requests for transfer or assignment of the benefits under the Offer shall be entertained.

You agree that all decisions of APIPL related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by APIPL or ASSPL (as the case may be) to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

10. All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the products and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you. Additional Offer for ICICI customers
