Guidelines

** All candidates are allowed to take photographs from 4th to 5th Jan 2018 and is to be submitted before 6 pm on 5th Jan 2018.
** Candidates are allowed to take photographs with in the campus during expo/Outside photographs
** Each candidates can submit maximum of 3 photographs for the competition.
** Mobile phone photographs are permitted.
** Digital manipulation that that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed.
** Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, or simple cropping, or effects /filters made available by phone applications will be allowed.
** Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited
** Candidates have to submit digital format photographs and photographs in printed form (12” X18”).
** The original images should be at least 3 MB in size.
** Photographs must be in JPEG format and at least 1600 pixels wide for a horizontal image or 1600 pixels for a vertical image.
** There must be no border(s), logo(s), copyright marks, identifying marks, or any other visible references and/or marks on the image.
** You are required to provide a unique title & description for each image submitted.
** Submissions will not be accepted once the Last Date lapses.
** The decision of the panel of judges would be final.

Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation is based on the following criteria:
** Artistic/visual appeal
** Extent to which the photograph captures the essence of the theme.
** Images will be judged based on originality, creativity and relevance to the theme.

Registration Fees: INR 100 / student
Prize Money: INR 3000 & 2000 (I & II respectively) in each category (During the expo/outside photographs)
