Offer Details

** If You are a first-time mobile purchaser on Flipkart platform, you will receive an extra 10% off (up to INR 200) (“Discount”) on your next purchase of Products (defined below) sold by the Sellers on the Platform (“Offer”).
** Discount under this Offer is valid from 00:00 hrs on 15th January 2018 to 23:59 hrs on 14th February 2018 (“Redemption Period”).
** The Discount is applicable only on the purchase of products sold by the Sellers under Men’s Clothing, Women’s Clothing, Kid’s Clothing, Kid’s Footwear, Men’s Footwear, Women’s Footwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Bags & Backpacks, Leather & Travel Accessories, Jewellery on the Platform (“Product/s”) during the Redemption Period.
** The Discount shall be linked to your Flipkart user account and can only be redeemed on your purchase for the Products in the Redemption Period.
** You can view the details of your Discount under ‘My Rewards’ section.
** In the event of cancellation or return of the first purchase of the mobile phone, you will not be eligible for the Offer and the related Benefits.
** The Offer can be availed only once during the Redemption Period by You. Offer is applicable only on first order during the Redemption Period.
** You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons.
** You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner

To be eligible for the Offer You must do/ fulfill the following:
** Age must be 18 years or above;
** Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same; and
** Must be the first-time mobile purchaser on Platform.

Terms & Conditions

** Flipkart does not endorse the Products and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the Seller.

** None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.

** Under no circumstance will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart or the Sellers.
** Flipkart reserves the right to disqualify you from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
** Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the Sellers and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the Sellers and without reference to Flipkart.
** All government Levies etc. shall be payable by you as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
** This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
** This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.
