Aashirvaad Housefull Contest

The “Housefull” contest (“Contest”) is organized by ITC Limited (“ITC”).

Terms & Conditions

** Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary.
** The Contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in India.
** Employees of ITC, Dentsu, WYP, and other involved agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Steps to Participate in the Contest: This activity will be active across selected stores in markets of Bangalore, Mumbai and Kerala.
** In these stores, on purchase of every kg of Aashirvaad Select, Aashirvaad Atta with Multigrains or Aashirvaad Sugar Release Control Atta, the consumer will receive a coupon.
** He/she will then have to answer the question on the coupon, enter the required details and drop the coupon in the box provided near the store counter.
** Winner will be chosen on the basis of the answer to the question on the coupon.
** The said winner will be announced at the end of contest period and will be chosen basis his/her reply to the question on the coupon from among those who have dropped the coupon in the box.
** He/she can then collect the reward assigned to the store.
** Incomplete and/or otherwise incorrect entries will not be considered for adjudication and shall be disqualified.
** An entry will be considered as valid only if the participant provides all mandatory details on the coupon in the space provided and is dropped in the coupon box placed in the store by Aashirvaad team.
** ITC will not provide the winners with any travel or associated costs.
** Participants agree to document their visit to the store through which they have won the contest through photographs, videos and write ups and share the same with ITC for promotional purposes.
** ITC reserves the right to document the journey of the participants and broadcast it on any media platform at its sole discretion.
** By taking part in the Contest all participants agree that their name and/or photo and/or video may appear in any advertisements / promotions of ITC., including the material mentioned in clause 11.
** No fees or other sums will be paid to the participants on account of any such promotional activities undertaken by ITC.
** ITC reserves the right to disqualify the participant in an event of submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information and/or in the event of fraudulent practices like website or mobile system hacking, etc.
** ITC is not responsible for any charges/levies paid by the winners or for the costs incurred for participation in this Contest including sending SMS, mailing documents etc.
** The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
** ITC shall not be responsible for the non-functioning of the Contest website or telephone for reasons beyond its control.
** Entries to the Contests shall be adjudged by ITC or the Agency appointed by ITC and their decision with regard to the selection of the winners and/or with regard to any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be final and binding.
** ITC shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this activity.
** ITC shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage due to act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage
** No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to any aspect of the offer, except as specified.
** Participants are voluntarily providing their information to ITC Ltd.
** Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
** Participation in this Contest shall be construed as an unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
** ITC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its discretion without any liability.

Contest Period

The Contest is valid from 15th January 2018 to 15th February 2018 [Will confirm the dates](inclusive of both dates) (“Contest Period”).
