Loudest Bollywood Dialogue Contest 2015:

Eligibility:

1. The contest shall be valid from October 27th, 2015 21:30:01 Hrs. till October 28th, 2015 22:59:59 Hrs (hereinafter referred as (“Promotion Period”).
2. The contest is valid ONLY for the residents of India who are currently residing in India.
3. Participation in the Promotion does not require any purchase or transaction on www.eBay.in (“eBay Website”).
4. Participant must be 18 years of age or above in order to participate in the Promotion.
5. A participant will not be gratified or declared as winner more than once during this Promotion.

Participation Process:

1. During the Promotion Period, the participants are required to comment on Loudest Bollywood Dialogue contest creative with their favourite, loudest dialogue by any Bollywood character.

2. Criteria for winners:
a) Participants need to like the eBay India Facebook page facebook.com/ebaydotin

3. eBay will select and declare two (2) winners at the end of the Promotion Period.
4. Winners under the Promotion will be gratified with a cap. The winners will be notified on eBay’s Facebook account within 7 (seven) business days from the end of Promotion Period.

5. Further, eBay will request the winners to send the contact details (such as his/her address, email Id and contact details) within 7 days of announcement date in order to dispatch the winning prize. If the winner/participant fails to send the requested details, eBay will forfeit their prize and no replacement will be offered for the same.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The winners will be chosen only from the city of Mumbai.
2. You (means the person using/participating in this Promotion with the intent to receive Prize under this promotion or the buyer/user of eBay website) should not be in violation at any point in time and agree to abide by this terms and conditions and User Agreement and other Policies of the eBay Website.

3. eBay reserves the right at any time to amend/ add/ remove/ modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of this Promotion, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion by another Promotion, whether similar to this Promotion or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and eBay’s decision in this regard shall be final.

4. All decisions of eBay regarding running/ process/ results, of the Promotion, data selection shall be final and binding on all participants of this Promotion, including you. No appeals, claim and question shall be entertained in this regard
5. By signing up for the Promotion, participants give us an explicit consent to contact them at present and in the future for any communication related to eBay, our special offers, events and other consumer engagements.

6. The information shared by participants with eBay will be strictly for eBay to contact participants for further interaction related to events, special offers, etc. from eBay.
7. Participant shall not use any offensive, defamatory, slag or vulgar comments under this Promotion.

8. In the event of circumstances arising outside of eBay’s control, which in eBay’s opinion make it necessary to suspend, substitute, change or cancel the Promotion, eBay reserves the right to suspend, change, substitute or cancel the Promotion at any time.

9. If eBay has suspicion or knowledge, that any participant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to this promotion, eBay reserves the right to disqualify that entrant/participant and any related entrants/participant. Any entrant user of the promotion who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defrauds or deceives, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. eBay reserves all the rights including but not limited to suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id and remove all listings of the errant user and its related user id’s on the Website.

10. eBay does not warrant that Facebook will run concurrently and error free during or after the Promotion Period and does not commit any uptime of Twitter. Further eBay shall not be liable for issues related to technical, human error whatsoever being entered by you or you being logged out of system.

11.eBay does not accept, and is not responsible for any lost or delayed data, communication. eBay reminds you of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system, computer hardware/ software failure, human error, things outside the control of eBay that may affect entry/participation to the Promotion.

12.The products or services are listed by third parties, who are responsible and liable for complying with commitments, communications, understanding including but not limiting to guarantees, warranties, services (pre, post sales) between them and you, as also complying with applicable law of the land.

13. eBay is neither responsible nor guarantees the make, quality of the products, services, which is purely responsibility, liability of third party. Nor is eBay liable for any defect, deficiency, shortcoming or any risk associated with the quality, commitment, deliver timeline of the products, services.

14. eBay would undertake reasonable efforts to email/dispatch the prize within 45 days, as aforesaid. However, this shall be subject to no delays being caused by third party vendors or Force Majeure. eBay however shall not assume the risk of insurance and other related security, features, liability during transit.

15. For certain states within India, FORM 50/ FORM 31 are required by the courier company for the dispatch of the Prize. When required, the winner/participant is responsible for providing the courier company with the above mentioned FORM/s to receive the Prize.
16. You understand and agree that participation in the Promotion is good and sufficient consideration for you to agree and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

17. Any and all taxes, including without any limitation income tax (if any) applicable on this Promotion and the rewards/ benefits thereto shall be borne by you and you shall deposit the applicable amount of taxes (if any) to eBay/ contract administrator/ applicable governmental authorities before user could avail any benefits, unless otherwise mandated under the applicable laws.

18. All communications with you will be through “eBay Loudest Road Trip” or on your email or on the shipping address provided by you.
19. The benefits under the Promotion CANNOT be clubbed with other offers running on the Website, including vouchers or any other offer available on the Website.

20. The employees and the immediate family members of the employees of eBay and its associate companies are NOT eligible to participate in the Promotion.
21. All decisions made by the organizers will be final.
