Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is valid for residents of India, aged 18 or above.
2. Contest is valid for the campaign duration of 6 weeks (i.e.) 4th Jan 2018 – 14th Feb 2018.
3. Prizes will be dispatched within 2 weeks from the date of announcement of winners.
4. The contest is open to fans of Tetra Pak India Twitter & Facebook page only. i.e. user must follow/like Tetra Pak India on Twitter & Facebook respectively.
5. Social Post of TOTAL SCORES must include the hashtag – #SafeforSure to be considered valid.
6. The entries will be considered ‘valid’ only when the users have completed all three games on the micro-site – https://web.archive.org/web/20220313183214/https://safeforsure.in/
6A. the user with the least amount of time for successfully completing all three games would be declared as the winner for daily winner announcements and the cumulative weekly score and less time would account for weekly winner.
6B. for the weekly grand prize, a user is only eligible if he has not won the previous grand prize.
7. The contest will be judged by an in-house jury, which will pick daily 1 winner and weekly 1 winner.
8. Tetra Pak India reserves the right to use any participants post and name to create content.
9. Participants posting/ sharing vulgar/ obscene images shall be disqualified. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.
10. The winners will be announced on Tetra Pak India’s official Facebook page within every night at 8 P.M. for the daily winner (Monday – Saturday participants) and Every Monday at 11 A.M. for the weekly winner (Sunday winner)
11. Once the winners are announced they will have to message us their contact details, full address and ID proof through inbox, for the gratifications to be sent. Messages sent after 5 days from announcement of result on our Twitter & Facebook page will not be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
12. The Prize shall not be transferable. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.
13. Employees/ associates of Tetra Pak or its group companies cannot participate in this contest.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Facebook.
15. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respect.
16. Tetra Pak India reserves the right to disqualify any of the contestants if found violating any rules without any further notice and the decision of the judges shall be final.
17. Tetra Pak India reserves the right to change/ modify terms and conditions and/ or criteria of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
18. Tetra Pak India shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft caused to the Prize(s) after it has been dispatched to the winner.
19. The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/ her identity; contact details, age, and such other information as may be required.
20. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Tetra Pak India shall be final.
