Contest Details

Open from: 4 January 2018 – 18 January 2018. Travel period: 15 January 2018 – 25 April 2018.
Age Requirement: Eighteen years or above.
Contest Eligibility Requirement: Participant must be an Indian national residing in India. The participant should not be a direct employee or a client/vendor of AirAsia India/BPCL or its affiliates.
Contest Location: All BPCL outlets in Bengaluru. Total of 118 outlets.

Contest Entry Mechanism

** BPCL customers who are car owners and filling petrol/diesel worth Rs.1000 or MAK (1ltrs) or more and bike owners filling petrol worth Rs. 500 or more from all the Bengaluru BPCL outlets (list of outlets are mentioned here), will be given a perforated coupon offer.
** The left side of the coupon will have fields where user information can be filled in and the right side of the coupon will have the offer details.
** Following details will have to be filled in by a BPCL customer to avail the 15% discount on selected AirAsia flights and qualify for free flights:
** Each coupon will carry an identical serial number on both sides of the perforation. Once the customer fills in the details, the BPCL person will drop the detail slip into a drop box & handover the T&C slip to the customer.
** By end of every week on Saturday, BPCL shall as a part of its contest based on the entries received, select 3 winners and notify them that they have won free AirAsia flights to Bangkok and need to come on the following Monday to select their free flight letters.
** The same process will be repeated 3 times for 3 weeks.

Terms & Conditions

** During the promotion total of 10 winners will be awarded with free international tickets. Each winner will get 1 free couple return on BLRDMK flights with AirAsia.
** Offer: Winners shall be announced on every Monday after one week of activity has ensued.
** Prize is non-transferable and/or cannot be redeemed for cash. Failure to accept the prize shall result in forfeiture of the prize.
** Prize will be presented in person to the winner by BPCL. The winner has to be present in person in order to receive the prize/flight.
** All the prize handover pictures need to be shared with AirAsia so that the same can be
** Participants agree that if they win then all intellectual property relating to the contest shall vest with AAI.
** The winner shall not be entitled to any claim or compensation, monetary or otherwise, with respect to intellectual property relating to the winning slogan.
** By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to be liable for all direct and indirect taxes in case he/she wins the contest.
** All disputes in connection with this AirAsia BPCL Contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
** AAI reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Contest at any time without prior notice.
** The decision of BPCL with respect to this contest or winners shall be final and non-appealable.
** This contest is not open to employees of AAI or its affiliates.

Winner Selection Procedure

Winner shall be selected by BPCL. Decision of the judges shall be final and non-appealable.
