Contest Details

a) Duration of the contest – 12 to 14 January 2018
b) Where to participate – Comment on the contest posts on Marks & Spencer Facebook
c) The 10 winners will be selected by Marks and Spencer, solely at the discretion of the Company.
e) Contest valid in- Maharashtra, Goa, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Delhi, UP, Punjab, Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kerala, Kolkata, Indore & Rajasthan. *Valid only in Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur from state of Maharashtra.
f) 5 winners will be announced on 13 Jan 2018 and 5 on 15 Jan 2018. The winners will be notified on our Facebook and Instagram page.

Official Rules

** Company means Marks and Spencer Reliance India Pvt. Ltd., its subsidiaries and affiliates.

** The contest begins on 12 January, 2018 and shall end on 14January, 2018 at eleven (11.00) pm. Company at its sole discretion reserves its right to extend the contest date.

** This contest is open to men and women who are Indian nationals presently domiciled/ residing in India and who are of eighteen years of age and above (see specific locations in the first 5 points).

** (Facebook/Instagram is not a sponsor/ organiser of this contest). This contest experience is not open for employees working at Marks and Spencer Reliance India Pvt. Ltd., their immediate family members or anyone else associated with organising and conduct of this competition.

** The contest, organised by Company for its Marks and Spencer India Facebook fans and Instagram followers (for clarity sake a Marks and Spencer Facebook fan and Instagram follower is an individual having a valid Facebook/Instagram identity/membership), is to provide them with an opportunity to play the contest.

** The Company accepts no responsibility for server outages, network difficulties and other technical difficulties beyond the control of the Company, or the Company’s Internet service providers.

** Company does not accept responsibility for any undelivered entries, notifications or communications or for any technical failure, electronic, hardware or software program, malfunction or difficulty of any kind or for any event which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.

** Any information provided to the Company through participation in the contest is used by the Company to communicate with the Marks and Spencer Facebook page fan and Instagram follower, either through e-mail, post or other communication as needed.

** The contact and personal information of the Marks & Spencer Facebook page fan and Instagram follower is never sold, rented, or otherwise given away or distributed without consent from the Marks and Spencer Facebook page fan and Instagram follower.

** The Company reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to alter or replace the gratification structure; or discontinue any individual prizes at any time without notice.

** The Company reserves its right to modify the rules and regulations, discontinue or terminate this contest at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any person or entity for any such modification, discontinuation or termination.
