DPSG Mathematician of the Year Contest

Pure Mathematicians just love to try unsolved problems-they love a challenge. So to quench the thirst of our young generation to face challenges DPSG International is conducting a ‘Mathematician of the year Contest’ on 21st January, 2018.

Rules & Regulations

** Students are required to reach DPSG International by 10:00 am on Sunday 21st January; 2018.
** The duration of the test will be 60 minutes for all categories.
** Students to be seated by 10:15 in the classrooms and students will be given 15 minutes for filling student’s particulars in the answer sheet. Paper will start at 10:30 am.
** The students have to carry their entrance form receipts.
** A proof of identity will be shown at the registration desk on arrival. School issued ID cards are valid.
** Students must be in their school uniform.
** Students must carry their own stationary: Pencils for grade I- IV, blue ball pens for grade V and above.
** Use of calculators, calculation tablets, smart watches, electronic gadgets will not be allowed in the examination hall.
** Seating arrangement will be strictly according to roll numbers.
** Any sort of misbehaviour will lead to disqualification.
** The students have to sign an attendance sheet.
** In case the student has not put his/her signature on the attendance sheet in the examination hall, the examination authority will not be responsible for his/her result.
** Copying is strictly prohibited and in this regard the invigilators report will be final and the candidates answer sheet will be cancelled and no further queries will be carried out.
** No extra time will be given to late comers.
** Rules/instructions printed in this form are final.
** The students are advised to read the rules/instructions carefully to avoid any confusion in the examination hall.

About Test Paper

The format of the paper will be objective

Marking: Each correct answer carries only one mark
Language: The medium of question paper will be English only

Request:
i. Parents will have to bring their wards up to the examination centre and wait inside the campus till the examination is over.
ii. For security reasons students, parents, or any other person who is bringing the examinees to the examination centre are requested to keep their identity card with them.
