Prize/ Winners

** The scheme is one for offering a discount of Rs.50 Lacs to the allottee in the manner spelt out hereunder to the winner of the Jackpot who will be selected by lot from among allottees of the firm bookings made during the offer period subject to adhearnace of the terms and conditions strictly spelt out herein.
** If the price of the Apartment/Villa/Unit and car parking is less than Rs.50 lakhs, the same will be considered as fully discounted.
** If the price is above Rs.50 Lakhs, the winner will qualify for a discount of Rs.50 lakhs from the value of the unit and that of car parking and the balance amount and all other taxes, as per government norms applicable, has to be paid by the customer.
** Five lucky consolation prize winners will get fixed Interiors(Kitchen cabinet and wardrobe) worth Rs. 2 (Two) Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) as per specification & design. The amount is not redeemable.

Sheme Period

This scheme shall remain open from 19.11.2017 to 31.03.2018.

Jackpot Terms & Conditions

** Execution of the agreements pertaining to bookings under this scheme will have to conclude the formalities and execute the agreement after making the intial payment of 30% within 30 days from the date of submitting their application/booking form.
** In order to become eligible to this scheme the client must adhere to the payment schedule and terms as per each project strictly in terms of the agreement and other undertakings.
** For Self funding sales Post Dated Cheques are mandatory.
** Any default in payment during the offer period and also after the results, will make the client ineligible for discount contemplated herein.
** The closing date of the Anniversary Jackpot is 5.30 pm on 31st March 2018.
** Agreement execution of the booking made on 31st March 2018 must be completed before 30th April 2018 to enter into this scheme.
** The final list of eligible allottees for availing the scheme/ considered for included in the lot will be displayed in the office of Asset Homes on 3rd June 2018.
** The draw will be performed by eminent people at a public function in the presence of participants on 5th June 2018.
** The winner will be intimated by email and registered letter on 6th June 2018 and details will be published in print media.
** Any statutory dues / GST already paid cannot be refunded by the company.
** The prize money is subject to deduction of Tax at source as per Income Tax Act.
