How Does This Work?

1. Enroll to Portea Activ Couple challenge programme
2. Set health goals with the help of Portea Nutritionists
3. Follow diet chart and stay on-track
4. Achieve goals within 30 days and win an exciting prize

Answer 5 simple questions and increase your chance of winning. After 30 days of program and assessments, 5 questions will be posted here over 5 days. Email us the correct answers to engagement@portea.com and increase your chance of winning the challenge.

Terms & Conditions

** This contest is applicable only in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, NCR and Kolkata.
** Once the assessment visit is scheduled within 24 hours, basic parameters are to be recorded (height, weight etc.) of the participants for challenge to begin.
** Health goal creation by the assigned Nutritionist is mandatory for all the participants.
** Health goal will be created within 24 hours of the assessment visit on a call by a nutritionist.
** Only after the creation of Health goal, 30 day challenge begins.
** Diet Plan will be sent via mail within 24 hours of the health goal creation.
** Confirmation or Approval of Diet plan by participants is essential within 24 hours thorough chat. Any revision of diet plan if required will be done within these 24 hours.
** For Tele-consultations, two appointments will be scheduled at 17th day and 30th day of the month plan.
** Rescheduling of each consultation will be allowed only twice.
** Each missed call with the nutritionist will affect the overall rating of the participants by expert.
** Nutritionist will be available on chat 24/7 on weekdays and response time on weekends can vary from 12 to 24 hours.
** Everyday Health tips will be shared, for 30 days.
** At the end of the contest (30th day), re-assessment visit will be scheduled to record basic parameters (height, weight etc) for progress tracking.
** After completion of the 30 days challenge and reassessment, 5 questions (1 per day) from the Health tips will be shared on www.portea.com/lp/ce-activbl-17
** Participants need to email the correct answer to engagement@portea.com within 24 hours of posting the question.
** Questions will be posted between 4th March 2018 and 9th March 2018, 1 question per day.
** Participants will be evaluated basis the health score from the coach on 3 parameters – Goal Achievement, Discipline to follow Healthy lifestyle and Health Quiz.
** Winners will be announced on www.portea.com/lp/ce-activbl-17 on 15th March, 2017.
** The duration of the challenge will be between 18th January, 2018 and 9th March, 2018.
** Portea reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
** No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
** Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
** All winners declared by Portea will be final and binding.
** Winners should collect the gift voucher by visiting the Portea office in your region.
** Partners/Couples enrolling in to the programme can be from the same gender or different genders.
** All disputes are subject to Bangalore, Karnataka jurisdiction only.
