Win Gold Coin & Mobile Phone Contest 2015:

1. This CONTEST (“Contest”) is open only to Indian citizens residing in India, aged 18 years or above, who are existing and valid mobile “Subscribers” of IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED (“IDEA”) Rajasthan circle, as per established norms and guidelines of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India.

2. The Contest is organized for the subscribers of IDEA and is managed by Mahindra Comviva Technologies PVT.LTD. (“COMVIVA”). COMVIVA will be responsible for the content, conduct, organization of the contest end to end as well as the selection of the winning Subscriber. The role of Idea will be restricted only and exclusively to that of a telecom service provider.

3. The Contest is neither open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA and COMVIVA nor their relatives
4. The Contest shall run for a period of 29th Oct’15- 30th Nov’15. The Contest is valid only in Idea Rajasthan Telecom Circle.
5. To participate and register for the Contest, the IDEA subscribers have to dial *123# and play Bollywood Quiz and score maximum to Win prizes
6. How To Play:
Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary.
1. End user needs to dial *123# and choose ‘Win Gold Coin and Mobile Phone @Rs 3/Q’ option from menu or dial *123*123# to get 1st question of the quiz
2. With every question end user will get four options. For example-
Q Inme se kis actor ne Kaminey film mein double role kiya tha?

a) Shahid,
b)Salman,
c) Rohit,
d) Varun
User can reply with option 1/2/3/4
e) On answering correction option end user will get 5 points and directed to next question.
f) On answering wrong answer end user will get 0 points and directed to next question
g) The points will get added every time the Subscriber answer correctly and the points shall be visible to the subscriber on the same Browsing Portal.
h) In case subscriber abort session and continue next session after some time, he/ she will able to continue playing from last question onwards where he/ she left playing in previous session.

7. Subscribers who scores 1000 points will be eligible for tie breaker round but in case of no subscriber scored 1000 points, then the subscriber who scored maximum points will be eligible for gratification. And in case two or more subscriber scores equal points then they will also be eligible for tie breaking round.
8. All subscribers who entered in tie breaking round needs to play another set of 50 questions @ Rs 3/ Question and score maximum points during those 2 days of tie breaking round. Tie breaking round will happen on 1st Dec’15 and 2nd Dec’15.

9. In case two or more subscribers scores maximum points in tie breaking round, then the Subscriber who answered in least possible time will be considered as the winner. The decision of COMVIVA shall be final and binding on the participants of the contest. IDEA shall not entertain any dispute/s in this respect.

7. The Subscriber will be charged for answering every question:- Rs 3/ Ques
The charges paid by the Subscriber will be towards answering of questions and no additional charge will be charged and / or collected from the Subscribers for browsing.

8.Prizes for the eligible winners will be as follows :
Top two scorers will be gratified with below gifts by end of the contest
1. 1st Top Scorer- 1 Gold Coin ( 3 gm)
2. 2nd Top Scorer- Mobile Phone worth up to Rs 5,000

9. The Subscribers understand that the prize/s under the Contest are sponsored and provided by Comviva. However neither COMVIVA nor IDEA may be held to be responsible and/or liable with regard to its performance, quality, warranty, defect and/or deficiency, usage and/or otherwise. However, the prizes will be subject to Manufacturer’s Warranty and neither IDEA nor COMVIVA shall be responsible for any defect or deficiency of the Prizes.

10. The winner/s shall be intimated within 30 days by COMVIVA, by way of telephonic call and SMS, on confirmation of the list of winners.
11. In the event, if no response is received from the concerned winner upon intimation, within 15 days, then the prize will be forfeited.

12. The prize/s, will have to be collected by the eligible winner from such venue / place as shall be determined by COMVIVA. If the winner fails in collecting the prize/s within 15 days from the date of intimation, then his/her prize/s shall stand forfeited.
13. The winner should submit requisite Proof Of Address and Proof Of Identity at the time of claiming the prize.
14. Prize/s is/are non-endorsable, not transferable and non-substitutable. The Contest cannot be clubbed with any other contest or offer

15. Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA will entertain any requests for exchange in lieu of the prize/s.
16. The prize/s of the Contest will be given only to the winner/s in whose name the mobile phone number is registered. The winner needs to be an active IDEA Subscriber at the time of receipt of prize/s. To redeem the prize, the winner should declare his name & address and provide Proof of Address & Identity and other supporting documents as may be required by IDEA.

Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA will be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-

i. Subscriber is unable to send the SMS for whatever reasons to the Contest short code
ii. Subscriber sends an SMS inadvertently or otherwise to a wrong SMS code;
iii. Subscriber sends the SMS but with wrong text;
iv. Subscriber is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest;
v. Subscriber is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
vi. Subscriber is declared as a winner but is aged less than 18 years of age or is incompetent to enter into a contract;
vii. Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA / COMVIVA

18. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winner/s or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against COMVIVA or IDEA.
19. The prize/s shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. All applicable regulatory and statutory duties, cess, surcharges, taxes (including TDS), insurances, transfer fees, registration fees etc. that may be applicable to avail/use the prize/s will be borne by the winner.

20. IDEA and/or COMVIVA shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations contained herein, caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terrorist attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

21. IDEA and/or COMVIVA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, circular, notification, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible, through the IDEA website.

22. Neither IDEA nor COMVIVA shall be responsible if the subscriber is unable to participate in the Contest due to network failure, network congestion, network unavailability or any such technical issues faced by the subscriber.
23. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

24. The participation in this Contest implies unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest by the subscribers.
25. The decision of IDEA as to the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding on the Participants.
26. Any disputes with regard to the Contest, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur
