Who Can Enter?

** This contest is open to all Indian Nationals residing in India only.
** Employees of Total India, its agencies and their immediate family members (parents, brothers/sisters, spouse and children) are not eligible to participate.

Prizes/ Winners

** The Winners will be selected by ‘Total India’ and the decision of Total India with regards to eligibility of winning the prize will be final and binding.
** Winners will be announced at the end of the contest as decided by Total India.
** If a participant has won but does not wish to avail/take the prize, Total India will not alter/change whole or any part of the prize and such prize shall automatically lapse.
** Under no circumstances can any portion of the prize be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise.
** The prizes are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
** To be eligible for prize, the participant must respond to Total India within 2 days from the date of announcement of winners by Total India.
** The prize shall not be transferred or sold, and will be exclusively for the winner.
** Total India reserves the right to change the prize at any time without any prior notice or consultation.

** Using a false name, e-mail-ID or address will result in disqualification.
** Total India is not responsible to the participant or to any other party for compensation as a result of the above-mentioned actions or any other breach of these terms and conditions.
** It shall be the participant’s responsibility to ensure that a valid name, e-mail address, or any other details required by Total India is provided.
** Each Participant expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the contest, Total India may use any information collected, in any of its media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any reference, payment or other compensation to the participant, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
** Each Participant’s personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies, if the same is required by law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.
** Total India takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information provided to Total India by the participant against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
** However, Total India cannot guarantee the security of any personal information or data the participant discloses online, having regard to the nature of the internet.
** In any event, you agree not to hold Total India responsible for any breach of security, except in case of negligence or willful default on part of Total India under the relevant legislation.
** By participating in the contest, each participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions herein and all related terms and conditions governing the contest.
** Participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating or creating dubious profiles etc. shall be disqualified from the contest and shall not be eligible for the prize.
** The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Important Dates

** This contest shall end on 31st January, 2018.
** Total India will gratify five winners (from Delhi) with couple ticket to the BWF Indian Open semi-final match on 3rd February, 2018.
