How many entries can I submit?
You can submit multiple entries. However, only one entry per user will be considered.

When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced 45 days after the contest ends.

Does my entry have to be shot on a Nikon D-SLR?
Only videos shot on a Nikon D-SLR will be accepted as entries.

What is the RAW footage for my short film?
RAW Footage is the original .MOV file. Kindly submit the original .MOV File for any one scene in your short film.

How should I submit my RAW file for short film submission?
Kindly only provide Google Drive or SendSpace links for submitting your RAW file.

How will the entries be shortlisted?
Short films complementing the contest theme and quality of the short film would be the criteria for short-listing and for selection of the winners.

Who do I contact if I am having issues with uploading my pictures or filling my information?
For any queries regarding form submission, kindly fill up the ‘Contact Us’ form and someone from the concerned team will reach out to you.

What are the prizes to be won?
There is a Nikon D7500 up for grabs for the winner and a Nikon D5600 for the runner-up.

How many winners will be announced?
There will be 1 winner and 1 runner-up announced for this contest.

Can I change my submission?
A short film once submitted cannot be changed.

Contest Terms & Conditions

** The short films submitted by participants would be subject to screening and can be removed if found violating mentioned guidelines or on any other ground as per Nikon India discretion.
** Short films complementing the contest theme and quality of the film would be the criteria for short-listing and for selection of the winners.
** The entries should be submitted on www.iamnikon.in/shortsonnikon
** The short film should not contain any watermark, website address, logo, trademark or e-mail id on it. Tampered, morphed, graphically enhanced images will be disqualified.
** Participants can submit multiple entries but short-listing will be solely at the discretion of Nikon India Pvt. Ltd.
** Kindly ensure the original .MOV file for your short film is available.

By submitting the short films in the contest or challenges, the participant is acknowledging that:
** They own the short film
** There’s no violation of copyrights whatsoever
** The participant is completely accountable for the submitted short film and the description.
** Nikon shall have the right to modify or adapt in part of in whole any of such materials before publication at its sole discretion
** Nikon School shall use certain short films for their workshop screenings.

Shorts On Nikon entries will be accepted from 23rd January, 2018 to 5th March, 2018 only.
