Born 2 Run Contest 2015:
The Celebrating #Born2Run Contest (“Contest”) will commence on October 29, 2015 (“Start Date”) and conclude on November 13, 2015 (“End Date”) both dates inclusive which period will be known as Contest Period. Procam International Private Ltd. is the Promoter (“Promoter”) of the Event and this Contest.

Eligibility Criteria:
This Contest is open only to children born between January 18, 2003 and January 16, 2004 (“Age Eligibility”) AND who have not yet registered for the Dream Run race category of Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2016. Please note that individuals who do not fulfil the “Age Eligibility” AND/OR who have already registered for the Dream Run race category of Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2016 are not eligible to take part in this Contest.

How to sign up for Celebrating #Born2Run Contest:
To sign up for the Celebrating #Born2Run Contest, a young runner who meets the “Age Eligibility” mentioned above will have to visit the following link https://tatamumbaimarathon.procam.in/ and will have to provide/submit the following details without which his/her application will not be considered (“Valid Entry”):

** E-mail Address:
** Answer to the question “Why I am #Born2Run?” (in not more than 200 words):

** Once the young runner has successfully submitted the above mentioned details, he/she will get a confirmation (“Confirmation”) vide email and/or SMS on the registered mobile number from the Promoters.
** Each young runner can submit only ONE entry to the contest. Multiple entries submitted by the same young runner will be considered void.
** After the end of the Contest Period, a maximum of 12 best entries (“Winners – 6 Boys and 6 Girls”) will be selected for the gratifications mentioned below, by the Promoters. The Winners will be contacted by the Promoters and will be guided on how to claim the gratifications (see point no. 8 below).

Note:
** Please note that submission to this contest from any person who does not fulfil the “Age Eligibility” AND/OR who has already registered for the Dream Run race category of Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2016 shall be considered invalid and void for the purpose of this Contest.
** At the end of the Contest Period, the Promoters shall determine a maximum of twelve best entries to the “Why I am #Born2Run?” question (“Winner”) and their decision shall be final and no complaints or claims against the Promoters or any of its affiliates can be raised in this regard whatsoever.
** At the time of claiming the gratifications each of the Winners needs to provide a valid Govt. ID (Passport, PAN Card) confirming that he/she meets the “Age Eligibility”. If such an ID proof is not provided, then the Winner will not be eligible for the gratifications and the promoters may decide (at its own discretion) to give the gratification to another eligible entrant to the contest.
** All other Race Rules & Regulations will apply to the Winners like any other participant of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2016.

The 12 Winners shall be eligible for the following gratifications:
** To participate in the Dream Run category of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2016 gratis to be held on January 17, 2016.
** A Customised Dream Run bib. The winners will have to wear this bib on race day (January 17, 2016) to be part of the Dream Run.
** An Event Cap autographed by the Event Ambassador.
** A video byte may be taken of the 12 winners either individually or as a group. Winners will be intimated via email or SMS on the registered mobile number on the same by Promoters.

Note:
** Please note that if the Winner is unable to claim any of the above gratifications, the Promoters shall not be under any obligation to make any alternate arrangements and the Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation whether in cash or kind from the Promoters or any of its affiliates, representatives or associates.

** The Winner acknowledges that images (still and/or moving) of the Video Byte, Photo Op, and Dream Run may be published on a variety of media platforms including the internet, television, print, and shall raise no objection, claim or complaint whatsoever with respect to the use of their images, comments, opinions, etc., expressed by them during the Video Byte, Pasta Party, and/or during the Dream Run.

** All costs and expenses incurred on travel, food and accommodation etc. by the Winner in relation to claiming any of the Gratifications will be borne by the Winner alone.
** The Promoters reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of Winners and also reserve the right to select additional entries to fill in any vacancies in the event a Winner withdraws from the contest or is unable to claim a gratification for any reasons whatsoever.
