LetsEndorse ABHIPRERANA Innovative Challenge

ABHIPRERANA is our collective initiative to improve teachers’ motivation in Government Schools.

This challenge invites young student ideators and thinkers to come up with innovative ideas and proposals to improve the motivation of our school-teachers and in turn improve the quality of education imparted.

Rules

** You are expected to come up with new and innovative ideas, keeping in mind the approaches which have been tried in the past, what has worked and what hasn’t. Any idea that is copied from somewhere will be disqualified.
** The submissions will be judged on the basis of analysis, creativity, feasibility and originality.
** The team details ( i.e. Name, College Name & Contact No. of all members) should be mentioned as asked on the submission form.
** The shortlisted participants will be notified by emails. The results will be declared on our website.
** The decision of the jury shall be final and binding.

Eligibility

** An individual or a team of up to 3 students, from the same college or different colleges (UG/PG/Diploma Courses/Fellowships, enrolled in any degree/non-degree course in a college/university) can participate in the challenge.
** The prize value for the winning hacks will remain the same, regardless of team size.

Awards

1st Prize : INR 10,000
2nd Prize : INR 7,000
3rd Prize : INR 5,000

Along with a certificate, the winning ideas shall receive opportunities to meet the change-makers in the education-space, who could possibly pilot these ideas at their scale.

Challenge Rounds

Round 1

The online submission window shall remain open till 26th of February, 2018 till when the participants can submit their proposed ideas/solutions.

Round 2

All submissions shall be sent to our esteemed jury who would then decide the winning ideas on the basis of
(i) Novelty : How relevant and innovative was the solution?
(ii) Feasibility : Was there potential for the solution to be implemented in the face of real-world challenges?
(iii) Scalability & Sustainability : Is the solution long-lasting, and could it scale, possibly through relevant application of technology?
(iv) Completeness : Has the ideator thought about the prerequisites, challenges and possible ways to evade them, in order to deploy their ideas successfully in schools?

We invite participants from all around the world to join forces with us to solve the problem of Teacher Motivation in India by sharing motivating out-of- the-box ideas on our online platform.

Through the “SUBMIT YOUR IDEA” link on this page, participants have to submit their innovative proposals/ideas, keeping in mind the various stakeholders who play their roles in a typical school and keeping in mind the feasibility and acceptance of the proposed solution.
