Tata Motors Meet Ee Vee Contest

The #MeetEeVee Contest contest is a free-to-enter contest for everyone on Twitter and Facebook. Where the participants can take part and the winner of the contest will get a chance to win couple passes to the Auto Expo 2018 in New Delhi. The details of the contest and its terms & conditions are explained herein below.

Eligibility

This limited period contest is available for the audience for 48 hours, on social platforms (Facebook and Twitter) from 7 PM on 6th Feb to 7 PM on 8th Feb 2018.

How To Participate?

** Willing participants need to answer the question(s) perfectly on Twitter or the question(s) perfectly on Facebook.
** One winner will be chosen at random and the winner will receive Couple Passes to the Auto Expo 2018.
** TML reserves the right to withdraw/suspend/cancel this contest and amend or modify the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
** Decision of TML with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the contest shall be final and binding on the participants.

Gratification

** The #MeetEeVee Contest contest winner will be announced by 12 noon on 9th Feb 2018. Timeline of the declaration of the winner are subject to change.
** After announcing the winner’s name, the direct communication will be done with the winner via personal message.
** This gratification offered to the winner of this contest is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged. The winner cannot claim cash in lieu of the gratification.
** TML reserves the right to ask winner for proof of identity before awarding the gratification to the winner.

This would include any one or more of the following:
** Photo ID
** PAN card
** Voting ID
** Driving License
** Aadhar Card
** Birth Certificate

** Any other Government issued documentation that TML may see fit at the time.
** If any discrepancy is found with regards to the above documents, TML has the right to completely disqualify the winners and announce alternate winners if required.
** No claims from the participants whatsoever shall be entertained against TML.
** The images shown in the promotional content are for representative purpose

General Rules & Regulations

** All gifts / vouchers will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as and when applicable.
** Winners need to bear all govt. taxes like gift tax, road tax, registration and insurance, income tax, local sales tax, VAT, Octroi duties or other taxes and surcharges or any other taxes which might be relevant on the Prize/Gift.
** By participating in this contest, every participant agrees to allow use of his or her name and /or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
