GLCTVPM 13th All India Moot Court Competition
The 13th All India Moot Court Competition under the auspices of Government law college, Thiruvananthapuram will be held from 8th March 2018 to 10th March 2018 at Government Law College Campus in Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Eligibility
The Competition is open to all Law Colleges and Faculties/ Departments of Law in India, recognized by Bar Council of India. The participation is limited to the LL.B/B.L students in both three year and five year schemes.
Students pursuing post graduation in law and students undergoing non- professional/ correspondence course are not eligible to participate in the competition.
Team Composition
Each institution participating in the competition can send a team comprising of a minimum of two or a maximum of three students. There can be two speakers and one researcher designated in each team. Teams shall identify such speakers and researcher during registration.
Registration
a. Provisional registration shall be effected before 15th February (Thursday) by emailing scanned copies of the duly filled registration forms to glctvpmmootcourt [AT] gmail.com.
b. The participating teams will have to register themselves on their arrival by paying a fee of Rs.3000.
c. A code number will be awarded to each team and that number alone shall be marked on the memorial and no indication shall be made for identifying the institution of the participants.
d. The participants shall wear the badge provided by the society throughout the days of the competition.
Competition Format
a. The language of the Court shall be English.
b. The orientation and drawing of lots will be held on 8th March (Thursday).
c. There will be two Preliminary Rounds of argument, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final and a Final round.
d. Preliminary rounds will be held on 9th March (Friday). Top Eight teams will be qualified for the Quarter-Finals which would be held on 9th March Evening (Friday).
e. The Quarter -Finals will be a knock – out round.
f. The qualification to the Quarter-Finals will be based on double wins or highest aggregate of score in the preliminaries (inclusive of memorial marks).
g. The Semi-Finals will be a knock – out round and will be held on 10th March Forenoon (Saturday).
h. The Finals will be held on 10th March Afternoon (Saturday).
