KitKat My Cash Break Win 1 Lakh Every Day or 100 Mobile Recharge every minute

These terms and conditions apply to the “#MYKASHBREAK programme (hereinafter referred to as ” Promotion”) for consumers sponsored and launched by Nestle India Ltd. and conducted by Premier Sales Promotions (Partner Agency) wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the 9 digit alphanumeric code printed inside the wrappers of KITKAT (KITKAT 2 Finger Mini (13.2g) , KITKAT 4 Finger(38.3g) ) hereinafter referred to as the “Unique Code”.

Contest Period

The Promotion is valid only in India from 15/02/2018 to 31/03/2018 (herein after referred as “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is valid throughout India (except State of Tamil Nadu). Promotion is open to Citizens of India only.

How To Participate?

1. Open the Promotion pack
2. The 9 digit alphanumeric unique code will be printed inside the wrapper

Terms & Conditions

** During the Promotion Period Rs. 100 Talktime Recharges on prepaid mobile numbers or an equivalent credit to the postpaid mobile numbers of the winners shall be awarded to winners who will be selected for every minute in a day. A total of 720 such winners will be drawn every day, one for each minute of the 12 hour promotion period between 9 AM and 9 PM.

** For each day of the promotion, one lucky winner will be announced for the monetary prize of INR 1 Lac. Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner.

** During the Promotion Period, 32,400 winners will be selected for a Rs. 100 talktime recharge and 45 winners will be selected for a Rs. 1 Lac monetary prize during the Promotion Period of 45 days. The monetary prize of 1 Lac will be disbursed for the winner to utilize over a period of time for making mobile recharges / bill payments.

** The promotion period starts from 15th February, 2018 and valid till 31st March, 2018. If the Customer has bought a pack before 15th February, then Customer will not be eligible for participation in the Promotion until the start of Promotion Period (15th February, 2018) All participation prior to the start date and after the end date of the Promotion will be considered as ineligible.

** All IPR rights including trademark, copy rights and designs used are the property of their respective owners.
** The Promotion is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.

** Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”. Promotion valid on all mobile operators except MTNL & BSNL. Every minute Offer not available for Reliance Jio (Postpaid) subscribers.

FAQs

1. Is this promotion available on all packs of KIT KAT?
Only select packs of KIT KAT 4F (Rs. 25, (38.3g)) and 2F (Rs. 10, (13.2g)) are running this offer. This will be applicable only on the packs which have the promotion communication on pack and not applicable for the KIT KAT stocks which do not have promotion flash on the front of pack as stocks may be available without this offer.

2. What is the process of availing this offer?
On purchase of KIT KAT 4F or KIT KAT 2F promotion pack, participants will find a 9 digit unique alphanumeric code written inside the wrapper. Participants can SMS this unique code to 09900409977 in the prescribed format (given below) mentioned on side panel of pack to participate in this lucky draw.

3. How will I know if I am the winner? OR I participated in the promotion however, I do not know if I am the winner or not?
Winners will be intimated through SMS on winning either the Rs. 100 recharge/talktime or Rs. 1 Lakh cash prize. The winners list will be announced on this website. The winning unique code along with the last 4 digits of the winning mobile will be mentioned on the website

4. How many times can I participate?
A consumer can participate as many times as possible during the promotion period with fresh unique codes. However, there will be only 1 winner per unique code.

5. How will the winner selections be done?
During the Promotion Period, 720 winners will be selected every day for a Rs. 100 talktime recharge and 1 winner will be selected for a Rs. 1 Lac monetary prize every day during the Promotion Period of 45 days. The monetary prize of 1 Lac will be disbursed for the winner to utilize over a period of time for making mobile recharges / bill payments.
