The contest is conceptualized, organized and conducted by OnMobile Global Limited in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Contest Period

The Contest is open for a limited period from 8th February 2018, 00:00:01 hours till 8th May 2018, 23:59:59 hours, both days inclusive and the same is open for the active subscribers of Idea Karnataka Circle who subscribe the Dialer Tone Service Pack during the contest period. The Offer is not available to the Subscribers who are roaming outside their home Circles.

Eligibility

Also, by participating in this contest, You :
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that You have submitted.
** Agree that You are entering into this contest as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between You and Idea or between You and OnMobile or between You and Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt Ltd & Pace Digital Music Private Limited and You are acting voluntarily, using Your own time and resources to participate in the Offer, solely at Your own risk.

** Warrant that you are a major and a resident of India and you are not barred by law to enter into a valid contract.
** The employees and family members of Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Pace Digital Music Private Limited, Idea and OnMobile will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

Special Terms & Conditions

** The contest period is be divided into 3 months. Month-1 is from 8th Feb’18 to 9th Mar’18, Month-2 is from 10th Mar’18 to 8th Apr’18 and Month-3 is from 9th Apr’18 to 8th May’18.

** Customer has to subscribe to “Dialer Tones (DT)” paid service or select/set a song during the contest period.The Subscriber shall become eligible to participate in the contest by subscribing Ring back tone (RBT service by any of the RBT Promotional medium like OBD, SIVR, IVR, USSD, SMS, etc

** The subscriber who subscribed the DT service & pay for the same in any contest period / month shall be eligible to participate in the contest applicable for that particular month. The customer by making payment for DT subscription, can participate in multiple contest period / month.

However, if the subscriber subscribes as mentioned above multiple times during the any contest period / month, he shall be eligible to participate in the contest applicable for that respective month only once.
** The Contest is available on voice / IVRS platform and in English language only.

** The applicable tariff for the RBT/dialer tone/song change shall be borne by the subscriber. The aforesaid charges paid by the subscribers are towards the service and no additional charge is collected from the subscribers for participating in the Offer. He shall be free to subscribe to dialer tone and choose to opt out of the contest

** Subscriber shall not be charged for playing the contest i.e., answering the questions of the contest.
** At the end of every Month (Month-1 or Month-2 or Month-3) in Contest period, basis the eligibility criteria, Eligible subscribers will be selected.

Such selected subscriber shall be intimated any time thereafter, by by giving an advance notice of 3 days by sms about the day on which contest will be held. Subscriber should play the contest on the same day without any excuse. The manner of playing the contest and the selection of winners are detailed below.

Organizers shall not be liable in any manner for any inconvenience/loss caused to the customer due non delivery/receipt of SMS or late delivery /receipt of SMS / contest questions sent to the customers or SMS /contest answers received from them, due to any technical issue/ network issue, etc.

** A customer can at max win the gratification once during the offer period, after which he/she will NOT be considered eligible

Winner Selection

** The contest will be available on IVR which will be Toll free for all the subscribers.

** Subscribers participating in this Offer shall be asked total 20 skill/knowledge based questions during every contest months. The contest consists of 20 skill/knowledge based questions with two options of answers for each question and Customer should choose the correct answer to win the gratification

** The participants can press 1 or 2 on the phone keypad to answer the questions of the Offer.
** For every right answer, the participant will get 10 points. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.

** The participant shall answer the questions one after the other
** The subscribers are given the questions one after the other till he/she finishes answering all the questions. The Offer is subject to the maximum 20 questions in every eligible period.

** Time calculation will start after every question is asked and will end till the user answers the question by pressing relevant key option. The time stamp of the receipt of the answer by the system of the organizer shall be the final and no correspondence will be entertained with respect the selection process.

** Further, the Subscribers who scores highest points shall be chosen as Highest Scorers. In case there is tie in the points scored by highest scorers, the time taken for answering all the questions will be calculated and the person who has answered all the questions in least amount of time will be declared as winner.

In case there is tie in the time taken for answering the question also, another set of 10 questions will be asked and selection of highest scorer as detailed above will be repeated till the arrival of final winner.
