Amazon Watch & Win Contest

Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this WATCH AND WIN contest (“Contest”), you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have billing and delivery addresses within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our advisors, advertising/contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How To Enter?

** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must
(a) Watch at least 1 episode of Breathe on Fire TV Stick; and
(b) answer a question about Breathe, hosted on https://www.amazon.in/b?node=14563804031

** Amongst all the participants who post the correct answer as per Clause 2, during the Contest Period, Amazon will conduct a random draw of lots to select 100 (hundred) winners.
** The winners will be eligible to receive INR 3999 (Rupees Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) as Amazon Pay Balance each (Prize).
** At the end of the Contest Period, 100 (hundred) eligible participants, declared as the winners of the Contest, will get the Prize in the form of Amazon Pay Balance.
** Each winner will be eligible to receive only 1 (one) Prize under this Contest irrespective of the number of correct answers given during the Contest Period.
** Only complete entries received during the Contest Period will be considered. Answers sent in after the expiry of the Contest Period will not be considered.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon Seller Services Private Limited and its affiliates (“Amazon”/ “we”/ “our”). You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that Amazon may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. If you are declared a winner under this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive a prize/ benefit under any other similar contest or promotion running on Amazon.in during the Contest Period.

Prizes

There are a total of 100 (hundred) Prizes to be won during the Contest Period. Only 1 (one) Prize will be awarded under this Contest to each declared winner, subject to the terms provided under these T&Cs. The Prizes will be declared on 28th March,2018 and provided to the winners on or before 30th April, 2018.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

Prize Drawing:
The winners for the Contest will be selected at the end of the Contest Period. Amazon will notify the selected participant by e-mail or via any other medium as determined in its sole discretion, and he/she will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport within the prescribed time period.

Contest Period

This Contest will commence at 00:00:01 a.m. (IST) on 2nd February, 2018and end at 11:59:59 PM (IST) on 28th February, 2018, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).
