Guidelines:
Fee for the registration is Rs. 200.
** Attach the mark sheet (or any other relevant document) of last attended class for the verification, otherwise, the form will be cancelled.
** Before the semi-final, there will be held an audition on February 25, 2018, where the final contestants for the next rounds will be shortlisted as per their performance.
** The decision of the jury will be final.

How to register?
** Fill the registration form with required details.** Pay the registration fee (Rs 200/-) through PayTM wallet.
Note: The registration application will only be accepted after the payment of the fee.

How to submit fee through PayTM wallet?
** Send the fee amount (Rs 200/-) through PayTM wallet on 7417072722.** Put your name in the ‘message’ column while transferring the amount.

AMU LitFest

We are really excited to announce the #AMULitFest 2018 Online Competitions. The competitions are open to the students of all the universities across India. We have 8 exciting contests in the run-up to the mega 3-day event from 9th to 11th March 2018. Entries will be judged & awarded based on the decision of the jury & Facebook reactions.

FILMSAAZ

FILMSAAZ is an International Film Festival of Short Films & Documentaries, which is one of the largest multi-disciplinary art & cultural festival in India dedicated to the exhibition of short films, documentaries, music, art & cultural advocacy panoramas.First, of its kind in India to be organized by a university, it had its first edition in 2008 in the Aligarh Muslim University, organized by the University Film Club.

The festivals aim to promote and encourage an awareness, appreciation and understanding of the art of Cinema, inspire cultural exchange, seek out hidden talent and provide a platform for aspiring young filmmakers.

The mission & objective of the FilmSaaz is to give short films, documentaries & other submissions an identity that differentiates this art form, from the conventional big screen.FilmSaaz showcases films that celebrate diverse cultures, aesthetics traditions, socio-political and relevant themes and other works that challenge and transcend expectations.

Our particular interest is in films that deal with novel themes, cutting-edge technology and unusual visualization, tradition as well as those that dissent in form, technique or content from the mainstream. Each year FilmSaaz receives hundreds of entries both, for Indian & World Premier, it exhibits numerous films made from around the world and India, specifically.
