Eligibility & Disqualification

To participate in the Contest the Participant is required to do the following during the Contest Period

1. Participants should have a valid social profile at least 6 months before the contest date.
2. Participants need to signup the contest page using their Facebook.
3. Like QOIE on Facebook, Twitter.
4. To participate, contestants need to fill up a questionnaire to tell us about Your Favorite Dukaan.

5. Share your favorite dukaan with your friends and let them also participate in the contest. Each share will grant the participant 1 point, which can be used to collect goodies from your favorite dukaan.65.
6. Contestants, who will get 25points will win a Mobile Ring.
7. Contestants, who will get 75points will win an Indoor plant (live).
8. Contestants, who will get more than 150 points will win a hamper of 5 gifts along with a chance to be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
9. Lucky Draw will choose 3 winners who’ll get a free Gift Voucher worth Rs. 5000, Rs. 2500 and Rs. 1000.
10. Any participation is voluntary. The Contest does not require the Participant to make any download of the app if they don’t feel. And there are no other conditions of entry, except the ones mentioned herein.
11. QOIE, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this contest , if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.

Redemption of the Prizes

After winning the contest to claim the prize, contestants will be asked for to provide their address details and Mail ID. Contestants will receive their gifts within 15 business days. To collect the Gift hampers, winners need to visit their favorite store.

You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and QOIE shall not be responsible in any manner.

Other Terms

1. QOIE reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
2. This Contest prize shall not be settled with cash in lieu by QOIE.
3. This is a limited period offer.
4. This Contest is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Participant shall be 18 years.
5. QOIE reserves the right to determine the Winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this Policy. QOIE’s decision in this regard shall be final.
6. The Contest shall be subject to force major events and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of Sponsor/QOIE.
7. QOIE reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant / Winner that tampers or attempts to violate the Policy.
8. QOIE shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Contest.
