Terms And Conditions

** You must like us on Facebook @ruloan to be eligible to enter this contest.
** Ruloans employees, direct & indirect associates and their family members/friends are not allowed to participate in the quiz.
** The contest will end on 16th March 2018 (Friday) till 12am.
** You have to give correct answers of all five questions to win the contest.
** You have to give your correct contact details while submitting the answers to receive the rewards you may win.
** One person can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same person entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.
** Ruloans will not accepts any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or have been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond Ruloansâ?? reasonable control.
** The winner will be announced on 19th March 2018 (Monday).
** Ruloans reserves the right to postpone the declaration of results.
** If multiple participants give correct answers to all the given questions, the winners will be chosen by lottery system, designed internally by Ruloans.
** If the winner/s is not contactable within 3 working days from the announcement of results, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the above process until a winner is selected and can be contacted.

** The winner/s will be sent an acknowledgement letter via e-mail after being contacted over the phone. To receive the prize, winner has to send back the signed acknowledgment letter to Ruloans. Once the letter received, the prize will be delivered to the winner on his/her given postal address within 15-30 business days.

** In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
