Prepaid

** The handset Cash Back Offer is applicable for existing & new Idea Prepaid Subscribers but only on new 4G Smartphone appearing first time on Idea network between 23rd Feb’18 to 30th Apr’18 (Both days included)
** The applicable Idea Prepaid Mobile Number /SIM inserted in the new 4G Smartphone (IMEI) appearing on Idea network for the first time shall be considered for the Cash Back Offer
** Applicable Idea Mobile Number & Handset IMEI number should remain same for first 18 months.
** Handset Cash Back in the form of talk time will be credited in the Eligible Subscriber’s Idea Prepaid Mobile Number, provided the eligible mobile number is used on same 4G Smartphone with same IMEI number and minimum recharge criteria is met.
** Talk Time will be added to Customers Main Account Balance.
** First Recharge of 199 or above needs to be done within 30 days of new 4G smartphone latch on Idea Network.

** Cash Back Benefit of Rs.2000 shall be credited in 2 Instalments:
i) First instalment of Rs.750 shall be credited at the end of first 18 Months
ii) Second instalment of Rs.1250 shall be credited to the end of 36 Months

Conditions for First Instalment of Cash back of Rs.750

** Subscriber is required to recharge the Idea Prepaid Mobile number on new 4G Smartphone with same IMEI number at least once a month with Rs.199 denomination and above for 18 months.
** Customers recharging with long validity MRP like 392, 398, 449, 459 & 509 need not recharge every month with Rs.199.
** Ensure Recharge of minimum Rs.3000 (Cumulative) over the period of preceding 18 months should be done on the new 4G Smartphone.

Conditions for Second Instalment of Cash back of Rs.1250

** Subscriber who will qualify for first instalment of Rs 750 can only qualify for second instalment of Rs 1250.
** Same device/IMEI is not a mandatory condition for second Cash Back Instalment.
** Subscriber is required to recharge the Idea Prepaid Mobile number at least once a month with Rs.199 denomination or above every month for next 18 months i.e. from 19th to 36th month.
** Customers recharging with long validity MRP like 392, 398, 449, 459 & 509 need not recharge every month with Rs.199.
** Ensure Recharge of minimum Rs. 3000(Cumulative) over the period of next 18 months i.e. 19th to 36th month should be done on any 4G Smartphone.

Special Recharge Offer at Rs.199

1. An Idea prepaid Subscriber will be entitled to the following benefits on a special recharge of Rs.199
** With INR 199/- Unlimited Local + STD + Roaming Calls (subject to fair usage policy) + 1.4GB data per day + 100 SMS (Local + STD) per Day for a period of 28 days.
** Offer of 199 is subjected to get change in subsequent months depending upon market conditions and other competitive/regulatory environment.

Terms and Conditions

a. Cumulative Validity is allowed thereby leading to relaxation in per month criteria.
b. IMEI continuity should be any one latch in a month.
c. Pre to Post migration will lead to disqualification on Cash back offer.
d. Grace period to buy another recharge of 199 or above is 30 days.

1. The Subscriber shall not avail the Offer for Commercial Use.
2. Net setter and MiFi devices are not eligible for this offer.
3. Commercial usage policy will apply for the same. Customer will be charged at base rate over 250 Minutes of calling per day and over 1000 Minutes of calling per week.
4. Post data consumption on Daily limit, standard overage rates of 4p/10kb will be applicable
5. The benefits of the Offer will be valid on all radio (4G/3G/2G) except for the Mumbai/Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Assam/North East/West Bengal/Orissa circle where the data will be valid on 4G and 2G only and in circle of Delhi and Kolkata where data will be valid on 3G and 2G only. The Subscriber shall not avail the Offer for Commercial Use.
6. Roaming is valid on Idea Network (National) only.
7. The credited data along with the said free data shall exhaust at the end of the respective period as per Handset (4G or Other) from the date of credit of data, regardless of usage, and cannot be carried forward to the subsequent month.
8. This Offer is available to Idea prepaid subscribers only and cannot be used along with services provided by any other telecommunications service provider in India.
9. This Offer cannot be combined with any other devices offer provided by Idea. This Offer is not valid for special, commercial or enterprise plans.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Idea and each subscriber and by subscribing to the Offer, subscriber accepts the same as binding upon him/her.
