We welcome you all to run TECH CITY MARATHON in our own technology city NOIDA.

We admire the quote by matt mullenweg “Technology is best when it brings people together”. We have race categories for all, starting from 5 km to ultra marathon (65km).

Terms & Conditions

1. You represent and warrant to the organiser “Runex Sports” and their associates in the event that you have full legal authority and capacity to complete the registration for the Event, including this Agreement and Waiver, on behalf of yourself and/or, where applicable, any party for whom you are registering.

2. Only the registered participant is eligible to take part in the event.
3. The participant should be 7+ years for 5KM run, 12+years for 10KM and 18+years for Half & Ultra Marathon as on the date of event.
4. You are required to comply with the guidelines of the event organiser, the race director and the officials. The race director decision will be the final decision in the event.

5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by cancellation, retrenchment or change of schedule of the Event because of government action, strike, civil commotion, and natural disaster or any other unforeseeable circumstances caused beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.

6. Your personal data disclosed on the registration form may be transferred to the 3rd party service providers, who will process your personal data only for the purpose of organising the Event.

7. You hereby irrevocably grant the Event organiser and their associates permission to record participants voice and photograph in the Event. You understand and agree that the term “photograph” as used herein encompasses both still photographs and video recordings.

You further grant the organiser permission to use photograph, voice taken in the event, in any form, including edited versions, in or over any medium including without limitation streaming audio and/or video over the internet, broadcast, cable, satellite transmissions, and media that are unknown at this time, worldwide for any legitimate purpose including, without limitation, any commercial purpose, without compensation to you.

You further waive any right of inspection of any such recordings and photographs. You understand that any such recordings and photographs recorded by the event organiser or associates shall become the sole property of Runex Sports.

8. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify you at any point of time before or during the event with or without giving a reasonable clarification if they feel that your conduct is likely to affect the safety of other participants; threatening, abusive, misbehaving or you are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace.

9. The organiser takes care to make the Event as safe as possible, we cannot eliminate the risks and dangers to you entirely, and therefore your participation in the event at your own risk.
10. You represent and warrant that you are in good physical condition, are able to safely participate in the Event, and have no medical condition that would make your participation in the Event more unsafe.
