Amazon Women’s Day Contest

This Women’s Day contest (“Contest”) is provided to you by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (“AODSPL”) and made available on amazon.in and its mobile application/site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”/”ASSPL”).

Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the gift cards terms and conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”).

To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Contest Details & How To Enter

1. This Contest will commence from February 28, 2018 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on March 08, 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from your Amazon.in account and navigate to the Contest landing page.
3. To participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must send an Amazon.in gift card issued by Qwikcilver (“Gift Card(s)”) via e-mail to your loved ones and answer a Contest question which will be posted on the Contest landing page.

4. In order to participate in the Contest, you must:
(a) sign-in/ sign-up from your Amazon.in account;
(b) navigate to the Contest landing page;
(c) send Gift Card to your loved one(s); and
(d) answer the Contest question correctly (collectively, “Participant(s)”).

5. At the end of the Contest Period, a draw of lots will be conducted amongst all the Participants who fulfil the criteria mentioned in Section 4 above. One selected Participant on each day of the Contest Period will be declared as the winner and will be entitled to each win a Gift Card worth INR 3,000 issued by QwikCilver, which amount will reflect as Amazon Pay balance (“Prize 1”).

Additionally, 20 Participants will be declared as winners on each day of the Contest Period and will be entitled to win each a Gift Card worth INR 250 issued by QwikCilver, which amount will reflect as Amazon Pay balance (“Prize 2”). (Prize 1 and Prize 2 are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Prize(s)”).

6. A total of 189 Participants will be declared as winners.
7. Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with Gift Cards in your Amazon.in account.
8. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.
