Terms & Conditions

1. #3Storeys movie contest starts on 27th February 2018 at 05:30 PM and ends on 6th March 2018 at 04:00 pm. No entries sent before or after the said date & time will be accepted.
2. The contest is being run only on the official #Facebook page of Carnival Cinemas India.
3. The winners will win couple tickets for the movie #3Storeys valid only on 9th, 10th and 11th.
4. The tickets will be valid Pan India.
5. The tickets will be sent across to winners via email and can be redeemable at the nearest Carnival Cinemas India
6. Max Value of the Ticket is Rs. 400/- anything over and above would be paid the patron.
7. Tickets are not applicable on Premium seating, Imax, Ebony Lounges.
8. Other T&C as per the ticket vouchers.
9. Winners will be selected through a lucky draw method by the management of Carnival Cinemas India. The decision will be final and cannot be challenged.
10. That the winners should send across their details to us on 7th March before 2pm
11. This is purely a promotional activity conducted by #CarnivalCinemas.
12. All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
13. Winners will be announced on 6th March 2018 at 05:00 PM.

3. The winners will get free merchandise of the movie #DeathWish.
4. #DeathWish movie contest is valid across #Mumbai.
5. Winners will be selected through a lucky draw method by the management of Carnival Cinemas India. The decision will be final and cannot be challenged.

Can I book my cinema tickets online?
It is possible to book tickets online for almost all CARNIVAL CINEMAS. Simply log on to carnivalcinemas.com , click on ‘Book Now’ and follow the instructions.

Why do I have to pay extra to book tickets through the website?
A nominal fee is added to your transaction to help us provide you with the convenience of booking tickets without having to come to the cinema. CARNIVAL CINEMAS incurs considerable expenditure in provisioning this service and the fee is collected to ensure the service remains reliable at all times. This is a standard industry practice.

What methods of payment are accepted online?
carnivalcinemas.com accepts internet banking along with all major credit and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. When collecting the tickets from Box office/Internet Kiosk, the card holder must be present with the card used to make the booking. Tickets will not be made available to anyone without the credit/ debit card.

What happens if my machine hangs or restarts or my internet line disconnects when I am in the middle of a booking?
Your account might have got debited for the amount of the tickets you were trying to purchase. If this is the case, your amount will automatically be refunded to your Credit Card / Bank account within a maximum of 15 to 20 working days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us on feedback@carnivalcinemas.in

Once I have booked tickets online, how do I collect them?
You can collect your tickets from the Box Office or ticket kiosk at the cinema you have booked tickets for. Please remember to bring your Credit / Debit card with you ensuring it is the one used to make the purchase. For security reasons, the card holder MUST be present for the tickets to be collected at the cinema.

If I am running late for the film will my seat be held?
Once your purchase has been confirmed, your admission is held and will not be sold to another customer.

Can we cancel or replace our tickets?
No. As per government regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed sold. It cannot now be replaced or cancelled.
