Promotion Period

The promotion shall commence on 7thApril, 2018 and shall continue till the last VIVO IPL 2018 match on 27th May 2018

Eligibility

The promotion is only open to legal residents of India except Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry, Kolkata & Jaipur and each participant should be above eighteen (18) years of age as on 7th April 2018.

Promotion Details

** If and when a Player hits a ‘six’ during the live match into the stands and any fan takes a one handed catch – then subject to these Terms and Conditions, he/she is eligible to win Rs. 1 Lac from TML.
** If there are multiple one handed catches taken in the stands in a single match, the person who took the first compliant one handed catch of the match will win the Rs. 1 Lac award.
** There will only be one award of Rs.1 Lac per IPL match, assuming that the criteria in this paragraph 2 are satisfied..
** The catch has to be a clean one handed catch.
** A clean catch is one where the ball does not make contact with anything after leaving the bat until caught one handed by the participant after being struck out of the field of play.
** The catch cannot be taken on a rebound off someone else’s hand/ walls/ chairs/ railings etc or by diving.
** Either hand can be used to make the catch.
** The decision of TML with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the catch shall be final and binding on the participants
** The TATA Nexon Fan Catch is not eligible in the upper tiers of the stadium (wherever applicable).
** No person should enter the field of play in attempting to take any one handed catch.
** Any unruly behavior by participants in the stands in relation to the promotion (such as, by way of example, pushing and shoving of other spectators) will automatically disqualify the participant (s) involved.
** In verifying the winning catch, TML will review the coverage of the catch made on a TV camera.
** The one handed catch moment captured on a TV camera and showcased on the TV channel will be considered as the final and only proof that the catch has (or has not) been taken (as the case may be).
** Any alleged winning catch not captured on a camera and therefore not able to be reviewed by TML will be deemed a non – eligible catch. TML’s decision will be final.
** The prize will not be awarded unless or until verification of the winning catch is made by TML and TML is satisfied that the criteria for a winning catch and these terms and conditions have been met.

Season Award/Winner

** To win the season award– TML will upload videos of the individual winners of a match of the Tata Nexon Fan catch on their website.
** People may vote for the best fan catch and whoever gets the highest votes shall be declared the season winner.
** The season winner gets a Tata Nexon, petrol base variant. There will only be one possible season winner.
** TML team will get in touch with the winner for the delivery of prize.

Terms & Conditions

** Any gift/s as offered cannot be substituted, transferred or exchanged.
** The winner/s cannot claim cash in lieu of the car on offer for the season award.
** If the winner rejects his/her gift or in the event of non-compliance with these rules and requirements, such gift will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
** The Tata Nexon variant given to the season winner cannot be changed or substituted with any other car.
** Decision of TML with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the offer shall be final and binding on the participants.
