ASUS Zenfone Har Pal Happiness Diwali Offer 2015:
1. This Gold Voucher offer is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.
2. This offer is valid to customers on the purchase of any ASUS Zenfone during 13th
October to 11th November or till stocks last, whichever is earlier
3. Last date to register for the gift claim is 15th November 2015
4. This offer is valid only to eligible buyers of ASUS Zenfone
5. “Eligible buyers” shall mean and include customers who have purchased ASUS Zenfone & have successfully completed registration & verification

28. The Gold Voucher value shall be Rs 25,000/-
29. Gold Voucher here shall mean voucher/card through which the eligible highest scorer can purchase gold of the value and as per the terms as specified in the voucher.
30. The gold voucher offered as gratification in this offer will be given to the eligible customers after deduction of such value equivalent to the amount of applicable taxes, including but not limited to, TDS and as applicable from time to time and applicable VAT on the purchase of the gold.

31. The selected winners of Gold Voucher will receive a TDS certificate in respect of the amount of TDS, and also a statement showing the value of the gold received.
32. The customers can use the gold vouchers being given as gratification to purchase gold only up to the value specified in the respective gold voucher, as per the rate of gold prevailing at the time of such purchase.
