XXIV Haryana State Karate Championships 2015:
The Championships will be organized by Haryana State Karate Association at Rohtak, from 20-22 November, 2015.

This Karate Championships is one among the various events through which the Haryana State Karate Association aims to spread awareness and increase the popularity of the Art of Karate. It will also recognize, encourage and highlight building talent of Karate Students in Haryana. The winners of the Championships will get the chance for the National and International Karate events in near future.

The details of the Championships is attached herewith this letter of invitation. The last date of submission of entry is 18th November, 2015. Prescribed entry form is attached herewith, which may please be dully filled in and should reach to the Competition Director Mr. Muneet Berwal (Contact No. 09813735361/09812514707) with a copy to undersigned on all working days.

Selections for the AIKF National Karate Championships and for Haryana State Martial Arts Games will also be conducted during the Championships.

General Information:
1. Rules as per new WKF will be followed for the Championships.
2. The decision of the referee is final in all the bouts of the Championships.
3. The Association is not responsible for any injury by the participant during the course of indiscipline of any sort will not be tolerated; any misbehavior in the Championship will render the person liable for disciplinary action and disqualification from the Championships.
4. The interpretation of the Rules and Regulations of the Championship by the technical Committee will be final and binding.
5. Each Player Should Have Their Own Safty Guards (Ground, Gum Shields, Head Guard, Gloves And Sheen Guard.)
6. Participants Are Required To Be Present 15 Minutes Before The Scheduled Start Of The Event And Register. Failure To Do So Will Disqualify The Participant. The Programme Of Events Will Be Announced And Displayed At The Venue Prominently.
7. Entry Fee Individual Kumite Per Head Rs. 600/- And Rs. 300/- For Each Additional Event Per Head (Nonrefundable Will Be Charged.)

Instructions For Filling Up The Entry Form:
8. All entry should be made within the blocks provided in capital letters only. blanks should be left between works.
9. Two passport size photographs should be given along with the entry form.
10. Copy of the birth certificate or any other document should be attached as proof for the date of birth.
11. The duly filled entry forms along with the necessary fees and the enclosures authorized by the respective chief instructor should be sent to the office of the association before or on 18th november, 2015.

A) All Participants Will Receive Participation Certificate.
B) Winners 1-2-3-4- Will Get Medals & Merit Certificate.
C) Team Will Awarded Attractive Championship Trophy – First, Second, & Third.
