The Grand Prize for the 2018 Space Settlement Contest went to a small team of two students (grade 11), Bianca-Maria C. and Mihaela C., for creating Cicada and a Tourist Guide, from Constanta, Romania under the direction of Maga Cristinel C., “Ovidius” High School.
