MyGov Like You Do Maa Mother’s Day Contest

Participants are invited to share with us their stories and habits that they have learnt or inherited from their Mothers.

Experiences, stories, incidents from their childhood to adulthood to generate warmth and gratitude for Mothers across the country.

Eligibility

** The Contest is open to Indian Nationals only.
** The contest is open for all general public for all age groups.
** The employees of Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India as well as their family members are not allowed to take part in this competition.

How to Participate?

** Participants are invited to send a write-up in less than 200 words.
** The write-up has to be in English or Hindi.
** The content must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.

** All written entries must be submitted in the comments section of the contest.
** Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition.

How to Submit?

All written entries must be submitted to the email creativecorner.mwcd [AT] gmail.com(Subject: #LikeYouDoMaa) or in the comments section of the contest on MyGov

Just follow the below steps to Submit your written entries.
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Government Of India provided above.
Step 2 : Read the instructions carefully and scroll the pages down.

Step 3 : Then Click ‘Login to Submit Task’ in the Comments section

Step 4 : Already registered user Enter your Email Id and Password to submit your entries

Step 5 : If you are Not registered with MyGov account click Register button in the Login page and fill required details for registration.

Terms & Conditions

** One winning entry will receive a cash prize of Rs. 2,000/-

** Participant is to make sure that his/her Profile is accurate and updated within email since Ministry would be using this for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo and phone number.

** The participants are requested to follow/ like the Ministry’s social media accounts to be updated with the developments of the contest. Twitter (@MinistryWCD& @ManekaGandhiBJP) and Facebook (@MinistryWCD& @ManekaGandhiOfficial)

Evaluation Criteria

1. Entries would be judged on the basis of elements of creativity, originality, composition, simplicity, literary skills and how well they communicate the idea.

2. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participant.
