Eligibility

Picasso Art Contest is an international online art contest which is open for all children of age group 6 to 19 years old.

Contest Details

Subject or Theme : Painting on any subject or theme is accepted.
Layout of painting : The drawing/ painting may be vertical or horizontal.
Size of the painting : Any size is accepted.

Number of Paintings : Only one entry is allowed per artist. Multiple entries are not allowed.
Signature of the artist : There should be artist’s signature (Artist’s Name) on any corner of the painting.
Entry Fees : There is NO entry fees. It is FREE to enter.

** Acrylics Color

** Graphite
** Charcoal or pencil shading
** Pastel
** Colored Pencils
** Pen and Ink
** Mixed Media
** Ball Point Pen, etc
** Digital Art and Craft Works are NOT accepted.

Step 3 : Then Select Students or Schools/ Art Schools/ Teachers

Step 4 : Fill the Form with all required details and Click Submit button

Awards/ Certificates

Winners will receive Art Recognition Pack, which consists of
** publication of painting in the website
** publication of winner’s photo in the winner’s gallery
** Certificate of Achievement and
** Recognition as Star, Golden+, and Gold Artist.

10 Point Scale

Winners will be judged on 10 point scale.
** 9.0 to 10.0 points – Star Artist
** 8.0 to 8.9 points – Golden+ Artist
** 6.0 to 7.9 points – Golden Artist
** 5.0 to 5.9 points – Silver Artist (Award not offered)
** 4.9 or below – Any award will not be given.

Selection Process

Best art-works will be selected by the jury.Winners will be informed by e-mail before publication of result.

Rejection Of Entries :
The entries may be REJECTED due to following reasons
** Your art-work contains any objectionable subject or copyrighted material.
** You have not given correct information during participation.
** The image of the drawing/ painting is not clear.
** You submitted the drawings multiple times.
** Signature of the artist is not on the painting.

General Rules & Regulations

** The decision of the jury, formed for this purpose, will be final.
** Paintings submitted must be artist’s origina work. If your painting infringes upon another’s copyright, it will be disqualified.
** Participation in this contest is absolutely free.
** Please do not send painting related to violence, drugs or adult themes.

FAQs

1. Will I receive reply after filling online form?
After filling the online form, you need to click on the submit button. After clicking on submit button you will see a “Thank You message” on the screen itself. It means your form has been submitted successfully. You will also receive auto reply email from us.

2. After clicking on submit button, I realised that there were some errors. Should I submit again with correct details?
No, once you click on SUBMIT button, don’t submit another entry again of same participant. You need to inform us by email regarding the errors to picassoartcontest [AT] gmail.com We will try to correct the errors in 48 hours.

3. I do not have email address, can I use my parent’s email address to participate?
Yes, you can use. But, inform your parents regarding it, so that you won’t miss any communication from our side.

4. I am a teacher, my students want to participate in it. How can I send all the paintings?
You need to send all the paintings in a single email to color4picasso [AT] gmail.com along with an MS EXCEL Sheet containing all artists’ name and age.

You need not to fill the online form. Also, please mention your school’s name, address and teacher’s name.. Please give your brief introduction too. Subject of the email should be Entry for Season 1 (2018).
