Asian Drawing Competition:

Asian Institute of Medical sciences every year organize Drawing Competition in the premises of Hospital. Participants are divided in Three Age Categories and given different themes. Winners are awarded with Cash Prizes.

Competition Date : November 22nd, 2015

Prizes Worth Rs. 2 Lacs to be Won!

Prizes:

1st INR 15,000. Award Distribution 1.30pm – 2pm – 22nd Nov, 2015
2nd INR 10,000. Award Distribution 1.30pm – 2pm – 22nd Nov, 2015
3rd INR 7,500. Award Distribution 1.30pm – 2pm – 22nd Nov, 2015

3 Consolation Prizes for 3 paintings in each age category

Time: 10am to 12noon
Venue: Asian Hospital Amphitheater
Reporting Time: 9am (Entry Closed After 9:30am)

Terms & Conditions:

Prior Registration is a must. Registration Free of Rs 300/- is applicable per participant. There are limited registration available on a first come first serve basis. The contest is open in 3 age categories -5-8 years, 9-12 years and 13-15 years.

Children will be provided with drawing sheets (Size A3) at the venue. Children should bring the following material – poster colors and/or wax crayons with sketch pens (only for outline) pencil, eraser, drawing board, ruler, etc. if needed. Any child found using material other than mentioned above will be disqualified. Entry will be restricted to pre- registered participants carrying a valid admit card. The Hospital reserves the right to amend or modify these terms & conditions at it’s sole discretion with or without prior notice.

Parents/Guardians are requested to carry 2 passport size photographs and age proof of the participant when coming for registrations. Theme of painting competition will be emailed/SMS’ed to the parents on the e-mail ID/Mobile number provided. Theme will also be posted on www.aimsindia.com on November 18, 2015.
