By participating in the Star Bazaar Diwali contest (hereinafter referred to as the (‘Contest’), you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms:-
** These terms, conditions and guidelines (‘Terms’) are applicable to and govern the Contest organized and conducted by the Star Bazaar for its social media channel. By accessing this website/participating in the Contest you (‘You’/ ‘Participant’) agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms. Star Bazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms without any prior notification. You are advised to regularly review these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and any amendments thereto, you must not use this site and/or participate in the Contest. Participation is voluntary.

** The Contest is open for all Indian citizens and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest. The Participant should be on Facebook and must have liked Star Bazaar Facebook page and follow Star Bazaar Twitter. The Contest will begin from 7th November 2015 and will end on 15th November 2015 at 7 pm.

About the Contest:
Participants have to take a selfie at Star Bazaar, post it on the Facebook and Twitter pages using the hashtag #selfiespree. Three lucky winners will get shopping worth Rs1000 free! Also, do not forget to like our page!

How to participate:
The following steps explain the same:
** The participants will have to like either the Star Bazaar FB page or follow on Star Bazaar Twitter account.
** Post liking the page, the participants will have share the picture. They have to upload on the post created for the contest. There is no maximum limit for the participation.
** 3 Winners will be selected.

Terms & Conditions:
** The winners will be selected by Star Bazaar at its discretion. Star Bazaar will also take into account user authenticity, social profiles and his/her creativity in the three steps before deciding on the winners.
** Star Bazaar’s decision on selection of the winners and the social media content creators shall be final and binding on the Participant(s).
** Star Bazaar shall not entertain any questions, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the Winners’ declaration or the Contest.
** Winners will be intimated on FB and Twitter. The winners will need to have a club card with them. In case the winner does not have one, he needs to take a club card for availing the prize.
** By participating in this Contest, you grant Star Bazaar permission to use your name, photographs and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations across all means, media and technology known now or invented hereinafter.
** Decision of Star Bazaar with respect to this Contest and the Terms thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable and no communication shall be entertained in this regard.
** All disputes with respect to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
