Diwali Bonanza Contest 2015:
** This Diwali Bonanza Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Trent Hypermarket Limited, a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Taj Building, 2nd Floor, 210, Dr. D. N. Road, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 and having its corporate office at First Floor, Kohinoor Commercial Tower II, Kohinoor City, Kirol, Kurla, Mumbai – 400 070 (“Organizer”), for Customers shopping for Rs.1,500/- or above in a single bill at THL’s retail outlets ‘Star Bazaar’ / ‘Star Extra’ / ‘Star Market’ / ‘Star Daily’ stores (“Stores”).

** This Contest is valid from 21st October, 2015 to 15th November, 2015. The Contest is open to all Indian citizens, residing in India aged 18 years or above and holding Organizer’s Club Card (‘Customer’).On purchase of Rs 500 and above the customer shall be eligible to participate in the contest on swiping of the Organizer’s Clubcard. The customer shall solely be responsible to keep his/her contact detail updated, any

** Each Customer participating must ensure that his/her participation in the Contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.The Winners will be judged on the basis of lucky draw at the sole discretion of Star Bazaar and shall be final and binding on all contestants.

** The Winner shall be eligible for One Maruti Celerio or One Washing Machine or One Steam Iron or One Kids Ceiling Fan or 1000 Clubcard Points or Limited Nos of Plastic Container (“Prize”) as per the Lucky Draw Contest.To be eligible for Washing Machine, the Customer has to purchase Ariel Detergent Powder 1Kg or above in the same bill of Rs.500/- or above.

** The Customer must retain the original bill / invoice from THL’s Stores outlet and produce the original original bill / invoice and valid Organizer’s Clubcard when selected as winner. In an event of non-availability of original copy of purchase bill the winning entitlement will stand cancelled.The Winner shall solely per responsible to pay taxes as applicable on the Prize won by him/her.

** Winners will be announced on 20th November, 2015. Organizer will inform the final date & place to the respective winner of the contest to collect the gift, which the customer has won in the contest. The winners should be personally present to collect their gifts on the final date confirmed by the Organizer. The gifts will be handed over to the winners subject to providing sufficient proof of identity and on payment of relevant taxes applicable against availing of the contest gift. Organizer shall be responsible for non-receipt of gifts to winners in case winner remains absent on the date and time assigned for collecting gifts or is not having sufficient proof of identity or not having paid the relevant applicable taxes against the gift won.

** Organizer shall not be responsible for non-receipt of intimation due to incorrect email ID or mobile no.if the same is not updated in Clubcard records. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Contest and modify the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.

** By participating in the Offer, each participant, including the winner, consents to use his or her name, city of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, image or any other aspect of his or her personality for any marketing/publicity purpose of the Organizer.

** By participating in the Offer and voluntarily providing the personal information including but not limited to, name, address, home and office telephone nos. (Registrant Information) each participant grants permission to Organizer to the collection and use of the registrant information.

** Maruti Celerio is sponsored and will be given by Eurosia Holiday Club Private Limited. All disputes arising out of this offer are subject to the jurisdiction of court at Mumbai only.
