** Pick any dub from our soundboard ‘Manners Ali’ to record your video
** Upload your entry with the hashtag #DubLikeMannersAli on your Twitter, Facebook app or here
** Share your entry with friends and don’t forget to use the #DubLikeMannersAli
** Invite friends to participate.

Terms and conditions :
** The contest/promotion is being conducted under the supervision of panel of independent judges & independent auditors
** Contest/Promotion is open from Date 16th November to 22nd November, 2015
** In order to be a part of the contest, the user will need to send us their video.
** Any participation after the closing date will NOT be considered
** Dub Like Manners Ali is made available and open only to residents of India.
** Acer India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate entry
** Any fake profiles which are set up for the purpose of competing in contests etc. will be automatically disqualified.
** Winners must complete/furnish all the required govt. identity/age/address proofs in order to claim their prizes/gift. Applicable govt. taxes to be borne by the winner. On payment of such taxes (if applicable) only prize may be claimed.
** By competing in the contest, you give us the right to use your public profile pictures in any contest-related announcements we need to make on any of our social media platforms.
** Acer India Pvt Ltd may use winners’ names/pictures/other details on social media platforms for announcements as well as future communication/references/creatives
** The winner needs to inbox us on The Page and provide his details within the said time frame.
** Details of all participants will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever by Acer India Pvt Ltd
** This contest/promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms whatsoever. You are providing your information to Acer India Pvt Ltd and not to any social media platforms. The information you provide will only be used by Acer India Pvt Ltd for the Dubsmash Contest only.
** Contest ends on the midnight of 22nd November, 2015.
** Acer India Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any delay/technical issue on Dubsmash for any video/entries upload/VOs etc.
** At any time Acer India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update and/or amend all or any of these terms without further notice.
** Acer India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute Contest/Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
** The winners will be eligible to get vouchers from Flipkart.
** Acer India Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
** Acer India Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for downtime on the services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, RBI, DoT or any other regulatory body.
** Participant agrees that participation in this Contest/Promotion is at its sole risk. Acer India Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
** The terms and condition of this Contest/Promotion shall be governed by Indian Laws. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts (“Disputes”) arising out of the Contest shall be referred for Arbitration to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Acer India Pvt Ltd. whose decision shall be final and binding on all. The place of arbitration shall be Bangalore. The Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
** All videos submitted by participants (multiple entries allowed, though does not guarantee higher chances of winning) will be sole property of Acer India Pvt Ltd and may be used for any future promotions/contents/updates/media releases whatsoever etc.
** Winners will be declared within the next 10 working days after the end of the Contest
** Acer India Pvt Ltd does not take any responsibility of prizes including that of manufacturing defect delivery/warrant/guarantee/usage whatsoever etc.
