The duration of the contest is from 18th Sep to 30th November 2018.

Eligibility

** The Contest is open to all citizen of India and is applicable within the geographical boundary of India.
** Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address (Aadhar required at the time of claiming the prize), contact number and e-mail id and Facebook/Twitter account
** Participation in this contest is purely voluntary.
** Purchase is necessary for participating in the contest and it is open to all including the persons who have enrolled in any of the course on EduSaksham using Free coupon code via app download only.
** Employees of EduSaksham & organizations related to the contest and their families are excluded from entering the contest.
** EduSaksham shall not charge any amount for participation in the contest and the sole criteria for participation shall be submitting entries in the manner stipulated below.

How To Participate?

Steps to follow to participate in the contest:
Step 1: Download EduSaksham App from Google Play store.
Step 2: Register using credential on EduSaksham’s app.
Step 3: Read “EduSaksham App contest” and accept Terms and Conditions.
Step 4: Enrol to any one of the offered courses based on your education level with/without using available coupon code.
Step 5: Complete all course enrolment formalities on or before 30th November 2018. Enrolment with Incomplete transactions as on 30th November 2018 will be considered void.
Step 6: Contestant has to write at least one quiz to participate in the contest successfully.

Prize

** EduSaksham will reward one lucky winner with an Android tablet or android phone approximate value up to Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousands only).
** 5 lucky winners will be rewarded Gift Vouchers (GV) of Rs. 1000/-(Rupees One thousand each) Lucky winners will be announced on 1st Jan 2019.
** All lucky winners will receive/collect the prizes by 31st Jan 2019.

How To Claim Prize?

To claim the prize:
** The winner needs to submit all the details as per the requirements of EduSaksham and within the stipulated timeframes in order to claim the prize.
** The winner will be notified by EduSaksham’s website/Facebook message/Tweet/Company’s email/Call.
** EduSaksham will endeavour to contact the Winner in and around 5-10 working days after announcing the winners.

General Terms & Conditions

** This contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions.
** Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms.
** There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
** EduSaksham reserves the right to substitute either any part of Prize or whole Prize for similar prize of equal or greater value.
** EduSaksham reserves the right to request proof of a participant’s eligibility in the event that there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the promotion.
** One Winner and 5 runner-up of the contest will be selected basis a lucky draw of the answer entries that fulfil the eligibility criteria.
** Non-conformance by any participant and /or Winner of the Contest will result in immediate disqualification of the participant/Winner from participation or winning the Prize as the case maybe.
