GKSU Great Kerala Shopping Utsav

Great Kerala Shopping Utsav, hereinafter referred as “GKSU”, is a shopping festival being conducted by Media Organizations operating in Kerala, by offering a large number of prizes to consumer through lucky draw, for purchases in Kerala. GKSU is restricted to Kerala state only.

Eligibility

Who Are Eligible?
Participation, as customers, in GKSU is limited to customers who are individuals (persons) only.

Who Are Not Eligible?
** Organizations (Business to Business consumers) are not eligible to participate.
** Employees of participating media companies their immediate families ie parents / parent in law, brother, sister, etc are not eligible to participate in this contest.

How To Participate?

Consumers can participate in GKSU for lucky draw, for every purchase from Merchant, for a minimum amount of Rs. 1,000/- or above in a single invoice, through a valid GST invoice.

Steps:
1. Purchase anything between November 15 to December 16 and retain the bill. Type “GKSU” and whatsapp to 9995811111 from your mobile
2. You will receive an acknowledgment message with a link to complete the registration
3. On clicking the link, an online form will appear, where you need to enter the requested details & hit the submit button.
4. On completion, you will get an onscreen message confirming your registration for lucky draw.
5. Winner will be informed via SMS to the mobile number provided in the registration form.
6. Submit the original copy of the bill with valid Government ID proof

Festival Period

The term of GKSU for year 2019 is November 15 to December 16, 2019. Only purchases made between November 15, 2019 to December 16, 2019 will be eligible for this luck draw.’

Prizes

Winners

Lucky draw & winner announcement schedule will be as follows

i. Daily Draw: Draw will happen on the succeeding working day & get published on website within 2 working days of lucky draw.

ii. Weekly Draw: Draw will happen on Tuesdays or next working day (in case Tuesday happens to be a holiday) of every week for preceding week & get published on website within 2 working days of lucky draw.

iii. Mega Draw: Draw will happen on date before 15th January 2020, which will be declared later.

Terms & Conditions

** By registering in this Contest through a Whatsapp, Consumer/participant confirms that they have fully read and unconditionally agreed to and accept these terms and conditions.
** GKSU reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason.
** An invoice will be valid only for one week from the invoice date to participate in the GKSU raffle. An invoice can be submitted only once & resubmitted invoices (duplicate) will not be accepted for lucky draw.
** However, invoices/contest registrations submitted for daily draw will be also eligible for weekly draw & mega draw. Incomplete responses and those send in wrong formats will be disqualified.
** A registered invoice which won the daily draw, will not be considered for daily draw thereafter.
** The same rule will be applicable to weekly draw, where an invoice which wins a weekly prize, won’t be considered from succeeding weekly draws.
** Participants need to submit the respective original invoices of invoices and amount submitted via WhatsApp, to claim the respective prize won with the specified invoice number.
** Participants must check their details filled in the contest form & any mistakes / wrong entries shall lead to disqualification of entry.
** The GKSU contest management team will inform the winner via SMS to the registered mobile number of the winner .
** The winner needs to come in person and collect the prize from designated location which will be informed by contest management team.
