Supriya Sule Sharad Youth Festival

The ‘Sharad Youth Festival – 2018′ has been organized on behalf of ‘Pawar Public Charitable Trust’ with the intention of introducing their own art by presenting their art on this platform, to gain young talent for their talents.

Through this festival, it will help the artists from Bhor, Velhe, Mulashi, Purandar, Dound, Barmati & Indapur from Baramati Loksabha Constituency.

This year Sharad Youth Festival will take place on 21st & 22nd December, 2018 at Vidya Pratishthan Campus, Indapur, District Pune and on 28th & 29th December, 2018 at Waghire College Campus, Saswad, District Pune.

About Event :
Pawar Public Charitable Trust is an organization focusing on needs of the under privileged sections of the society. The trust has been known for their supportive activities in social field. The trust is also involved in works aimed at the upliftment of senior citizens, differently abled persons, women development and youth empowerment.

Pawar Public Charitable Trust is organizing Sharad Youth Festival since 2016 in eight talukas in Pune District. Aim of the Sharad Youth Festival is to scout & encourage talent in youth of this region and to bring them together on one platform.

We are organizing this festival every year to project various talents from region’s youth on world map and provide opportunities to nurture their talent and skills professionally.

The mega process of inviting entries in various competitive categories will begin soon. More than 15,000 college students attend and more than 1,000 students perform in this festival.

About Supriya Sule :
Supriya Sule is an Indian politician from the Nationalist Congress Party and currently a Member of Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha. She is the daughter of the President of the Nationalist Congress Party, Sharad Pawar. In 2009, she contested the elections for the Baramati Lok Sabha constituency and won.

In 2011, she launched a statewide campaign against female foeticide. Recently, she has been honored with Mumbai Women of the Decade Achievers Award by ALL Ladies League for her outstanding contribution to social service.
