The Golden Times Promotion is being organized by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited.

Promotion Period

Promo is valid from December 1st, 2018 to January 31st, 2019, both dates inclusive , in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Who Can Participate?

Promo is open to all Indian citizens residing in India, above 18 years of age.

Applicable Packs

Golden Times promotion is running on 7UP, Pepsi, Mirinda Orange, Mountain Dew (UTC) and Slice (UTL)-250ml, 300ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml, 1.2L, 2L, 2.25L. There are packs available without the promo offer as well.

How To Participate?

** The Participant must purchase any Product to participate in the Promo and must look under the cap of the purchased Product where he/she will find a 8 digit code, except for Slice.
** For Slice, the Participant has to look for the Promo Code, behind the label of the purchased Product.
** The Participant can participate in the Promo only once through purchase of one Product.
** For instance, if a Participant avails the Prize once, he / she will not be entitled to win a Prize through the Promo Code of the same Product pack through which he/she previously participated.
** To avail the offer again, the Participant will have to purchase another pack of the Product.
** Any participation without the Promo Code or with fake code, will be considered invalid.
** Participant shall, after obtaining the Promo 8 digits unique Code by purchasing the Product, SMS the Promo Code to 9223492234.

Prizes

Assured Prize

** Upon sending the SMS in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Participant will receive an SMS from or on behalf of the Organizer, containing a seventeen digit code.
** Enter the 17 digit code on https://amzn.to/2SjZBsA (or) on the Amazon shopping mobile application, to avail Assured Prize i.e. Rs. 20/-.
** By clicking on this link, Rs. 20/- will get added to their Amazon Pay account.
** Thereafter, the Participant can check his/ her Amazon Pay balance to confirm him/her having availed the Assured Prize and Rs. 20 only) has/- (Rupees Twenty been added to his Amazon Pay Wallet.
** Valid once per Amazon account. Assured Prize is the minimum gratification for participating in this Promo
** The standard SMS rates shall apply.
** One unique mobile number can avail the Assured Prize, only once during the Promotion Period.
** The Assured 17 Digit Code must be claimed before January 31st, 2019.
** However, the Assured Prize can be redeemed on any product on Amazon.in within one year of adding the balance

Mega Prize

** From amongst all the Participants who participate in the Promo  also stand a chance to win “Mega Prize, i.e one gold coin of 22 Karat, 10 g”, every hour of the day from 10 AM to 8 PM.
** For Tamil Nadu, the Participants are mandatorily required to answer a question, i.e “PepsiCo I love Ponneram because_____________”, in not more than 140 words.
** For every valid code, the first response describing the Participant’s love for Ponneram will be considered for evaluation.
** Each first response will be evaluated on the creativity of the response received by an independent auditor appointed by the Organizers.
** Only those entries which are selected by the independent auditor shall stand a chance to win the Mega Prize-one gold coin of 22 Karat, 10 g.
** A total of 10 (1 every hour of the day) Mega Prize Winners will be selected through the randomizing software, under this Promo.

Contacting Winners

** Winners will be contacted by the representatives of the Organizers on his/her mobile number.
** The winner would be contacted thrice over a period of 48 hrs.
